Hi all, I have premature baby with weight range 2kg to 2.5kg , one of my mate gave us gift ( mothers choice adore ap) but I wonder it will be fit for that weight or not. I did not get any information on manufacturer side.

Hi I was wondering if the car seat would work in a 2011 RAV4 as the baby car seat straps have to have to attach on the back of the seat in the boot ?
Hi Grace, Thank you for reaching out. I think you may be referring to the anchor point to connect your top tether. Please refer to your RAV 4's instruction manual to locate the anchor point, in some cars the seats can be folded to access the back, and in some larger cars, the anchor point can be located at the back of the seat or the floor of the boot. Hi there. im new to all of this and i am looking at this car seat for my baby Nephew to be used in my mothers car. i wanted to know if it is appropriate for all cars? my mother has a Toyota Aurion Prodigy and would like to know if this car seat is appropriate for this car?

Hi My son was between the lower and upper height markers when rearward facing (16.5 months, 13kg and quite tall for his age). However, when we turned the seat around, he seems like he is now below the lower height marker. I'm not sure if he is slumping but I can't get him further back in the seat. Do we go by where his shoulders were in rearward or forward as to whether it is safe to have him forward at this point?

I have the same problem, with a very long little boy. But when it’s forward facing he is under the markers but over them in rear facing position. Is it possible to provide us with a guide, like the height measurement for the child to be forward facing safely? Appreciate it.

Does the seat have to be removed and turned around to go from rearward to frontward facing, or does it somehow "swivel"? Also, is it recommended to use BOTH the isofix and seatbelt for extra protection?
Hello Krystal, Thank you for your question, unfortunately, the Adore Ap doesn't have a swivel it will need to be taken out to change to forward-facing mode. You can only use one mode of installation at a time, ISOFIX or seat belt. Both methods are equally safe when installed correctly. Good afternoon. We are after a car seat. But I drive a older Toyota Prado wagon 2000 model. Is there a way to make sure the clips and tie down point will work for this baby seat ? Mother's choice adore AP convertible car seat. Thanks Cody

How do you tighten and loosen the harness? Is it a button or a latch? On your website you have neither sufficiently detailed photos nor do you have a manual which describes how to do this. I want to know so that I can see if it has an easy to access button to loosen the harness, or whether it's got one of those difficult to access latches hidden under the cover.
Hi ScV Thanks for your question. There is a latch that is just under the fabric you press down to release the harness. You can put your finger in the slot of the fabric where the strap comes out and press this down. In the manual this is located on page 26.

Hi, just bought the same, however not quite sure if the date on the sticker at the back is the manufacture date or expiry date, I'm assuming it's the manufacture date but couldn't find a clear answer on the internet, including mothers choice webpage.
