Under Australian Consumer Law, items should be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, especially when they are physically in the warehouse. four months to deliver a UniFi door reader and a junction box.
After that experience, I stopped using them for a while.
Then about four weeks ago, a client asked for an upgrade to their UniFi system — 6 cameras, 3 door readers, and 2 APs (SO03070267).
I checked the online store — everything showed as in stock and shipping within 24 hours. I placed the order… and nothing happened.
I contacted support — they were helpful and explained that one item wasn’t actually in stock, but they could ship the rest. I agreed.
Again… nothing.
Then the post arrived — with the item that wasn’t in stock. A week later, the items that were supposedly in stock finally showed up.
Mwave’s prices are fine, and their support team is friendly and professional. But their reliability leaves a lot to be desired.
If you actually need what you order in a reasonable timeframe, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

price difference. I was told it's only a minor difference in price (approx $50) on a sub $2k order so just pay it and I would receive some in store credit ($40) which has to be used within 180 days. Over an hour on the phone over the tickets raised and not answered well.

tried to deny the refund, telling me to go to the manufacturer instead. I had to fight them, explicitly cite the law, and threaten escalation to NSW Fair Trading just to get them to process the refund, which they still dragged their feet on. Be prepared for a massive headache if you ever need to use a warranty with them. Do not let them push you around.

Instead it has only rtx5070. A much cheaper and slower gpu. And the storage is 1 tb not 2 tb as stated. And what’s worse is their customer service or zero service. I called and messaged. After many days, I got a reply that I need to bring it back for warranty return. They acknowledged that the specs at their website is wrong. The pc was not as described. Most importantly, I told them I haven’t even open the box. It’s in the same condition as they sent. The specs is printed on the outside label and it doesn’t match the spec on their website. I just don’t understand why it’s my responsibility to bring it back. They should send me a return label or get it picked up. Any proper company will at least pay the return postage if they deliver the wrong item. But, Mwave is a con. Even I told them the spec are wrong on their website and their service department admitted. They are still selling the same Rog nuc 15 mini pc with the false specs. So, be aware. by a certain date. No response. I call - and am told that the supplier is out of stock, with more stock not arriving for over 5 months. No communication, no proactive dealing with a delay, not even reactive dealing with a delay! Had I not contacted them, it would have just sat with a 'processing' status for who knows how long. In the meantime I'm out of time to get the items I need from elsewhere. Sad to say they used to be good but it's clear I'm not the only one experiencing similar issues with them recently. I won't be back.

Follow-up · The Schneider remote monitoring website and app are aimed at, and suited to site-wide systems. For a single UPS it is not worth the subscription. You can still see the basic info of a UPS on the site/app but not the advanced. This suits me, and is useful. After a few months, The UPS is performing well !! Very happy. Key. I searched everywhere for this, including using powershell to search for it on the motherboard etc. I couldn’t find it. I wasted even more time on phone support back and forth with the technicians until they finally admitted they had put it inside the case, behind the sidewall underneath the motherboard; without mentioning this ANYWHERE. Is it a bloody Easter egg???
I have wasted hours and hours troubleshooting and travelling for this PC and I haven’t owned it for more than a fortnight. This has been the worst experience buying a PC ever and I’ll never shop with MWave again. I didn’t get so much as an apology for all of this, after dropping 4 grand on a new gaming PC.
Follow-up · They eventually repaired everything. Communication was awful and no compensation was offered. I love my PC but I’ll never buy from MWave again. They were once an excellent company but they got too big and just use drop shipping companies and individuals now (my wife worked for one previously) so the quality has dropped severely.

Purchased a new drive for a failed drive in a NAS. Seagate so not a cheap option. Drive installed and when the RAID rebuild completed the drive failed. After almost a month of back and forth with MWave i still don't have an RA to replace the drive. If you are a business customer you may want to consider other providers.
