price difference. I was told it's only a minor difference in price (approx $50) on a sub $2k order so just pay it and I would receive some in store credit ($40) which has to be used within 180 days. Over an hour on the phone over the tickets raised and not answered well.
So after ten years of being a customer where I purchased my first brand new pc I put together, it's too bad so sad. They sure as (insert language here) an't going to be selling me any more nor will the business I work for be buying any more for them. Inflexible is a strange hill to die on for $50.

tried to deny the refund, telling me to go to the manufacturer instead. I had to fight them, explicitly cite the law, and threaten escalation to NSW Fair Trading just to get them to process the refund, which they still dragged their feet on. Be prepared for a massive headache if you ever need to use a warranty with them. Do not let them push you around.

Instead it has only rtx5070. A much cheaper and slower gpu. And the storage is 1 tb not 2 tb as stated. And what’s worse is their customer service or zero service. I called and messaged. After many days, I got a reply that I need to bring it back for warranty return. They acknowledged that the specs at their website is wrong. The pc was not as described. Most importantly, I told them I haven’t even open the box. It’s in the same condition as they sent. The specs is printed on the outside label and it doesn’t match the spec on their website. I just don’t understand why it’s my responsibility to bring it back. They should send me a return label or get it picked up. Any proper company will at least pay the return postage if they deliver the wrong item. But, Mwave is a con. Even I told them the spec are wrong on their website and their service department admitted. They are still selling the same Rog nuc 15 mini pc with the false specs. So, be aware. It will be a terrible experience if you buy from them.

people weren’t at all helpful when contacted and nothing on the computer to enable a link to the manufacturer. The manufacturer when finally contacted however excellent and their help most appreciated. The Frequent sales messages and text links now via phone from MWAVE flogging their products are nuisance spam as somehow they getting around blocking of the number!!

by a certain date. No response. I call - and am told that the supplier is out of stock, with more stock not arriving for over 5 months. No communication, no proactive dealing with a delay, not even reactive dealing with a delay! Had I not contacted them, it would have just sat with a 'processing' status for who knows how long. In the meantime I'm out of time to get the items I need from elsewhere. Sad to say they used to be good but it's clear I'm not the only one experiencing similar issues with them recently. I won't be back.

Follow-up · The Schneider remote monitoring website and app are aimed at, and suited to site-wide systems. For a single UPS it is not worth the subscription. You can still see the basic info of a UPS on the site/app but not the advanced. This suits me, and is useful. After a few months, The UPS is performing well !! Very happy. Recommend both MWave and Schneider APS UPS.

mwave just to ship after 5 days (and counting). They have ticketing system where you open ticket on order and follow up, but absolutely NO ONE responds or acknowledges that you even sent a message. They both have warehouse in greater Sydney so location isn't excuse either. Their customer service won't do anything just ensure items will be shipped. I wouldn't buy from them next time just to save 20 bucks. (They don't provide free shipping anyway).

to say there may be a delay in processing your order. The item was still shown as "In Stock" on their website. So I sent them a flame mail and cancelled the oprder. They replied and said the order was cancelled, but it would take up to 5 days before I'd receive a refund, blaming the banks. Yeah, sure. 4 days later, still out of pocket.

Laptop arrived in good time. A good online experience. Only negatives are with the laptop manufacturer for including Windows with the hardware. I know that most of them do this, but it now takes around a full day to install Windows and then remove the bundled malware - i.e. Edge, MacAfee, Outlook, CoPilot, and most telemetry. Delivery was a little later than they promised, but the worst part is that I needed to swap the laptop charger for a higher wattage and they said they are "not obligated" to offer exchanges. Fair enough if that's your company policy, but in this day and age of online purchases, this is a huge reason not to shop here again. Best to know before considering purchases from here.
