been poor, and there has been little effort to resolve the issue in a timely and customer-focused manner. As a business working with the government contract sector, reliability and responsiveness are critical, and unfortunately, this experience has not met those standards.

I would not recommend purchasing from this sales team based on our experience.

Never order items on 'pre order'. Ordered a harddisk on the 3rd of June, and was told it may take 2-4 weeks. Its the 3rd of July today, and now the ETA is 21 of July!! Avoid at all cost, and look into Amazon. This was the first time I tried mwave and turned out to be a disaster. Show details

get a refund/replacement.

The technician informed me after inspection that they found the backplate is damaged and for that reason, they can't replace my product. Looks like they didn't even look at my message in the first place. What a joke.

After a while, a person named [Name Removed] messaged me that the product has been misused and put the blame on me. Wow, such nice customer service.

While I received a damaged product while paying for new and later no warranty or return option.

If you wanna really waste your money and be served by ignorant people then you should purchase at Mwave.

Not buying from here anymore.

False information on product: SilverStone Essential ET750-G 750W 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply – Power supply I bought was listed as semi modular but when building my PC I found out it was actually non modular, mwave has offered a free return and delivery on a new psu but this is still very inconvenient for me as it would mean i would not have a working computer for afew days. has not missed a beat from the start. I have upgraded the video card once 2 years ago, and still plays everything at max quality (and very quielty). Touch wood it keeps going strong for a while but when the inevitable happens, I will definitely be calling on Mwave.

Avoid this store if you want to be looked after when things go wrong – After a week of use a product showed a major defect that would've prevented my purchase had I known prior. other users claiming they have experienced the same defect with this product. Mwave have refused my requested refund and have sent product to service center for repair without my consent.

As of writing it is now day 24 of me being down $1200 with no resolution.

After a decade of being a customer for PCs that I build and make for friends and family I cannot recommend Mwave any longer and I will be looking elsewhere for my future purchases. 0/10 customer experience.

Really good customer service – I returned a high-value product a while ago due to some issues I had with it and completely forgot about following up on the refund, they called me to inform me that it was still pending, I know it's only fair they do that but some other places don't even bother to contact the customers. via messaging only. In my experience, it was a HORRIBLY SLOW process. It took a lot longer to get a reply. I think buying stuff on eBay you get a much better response than from Mwave. I don't mind if a product fails within its warranty period as this is common, but Mwave's after-sale customer service was far from desirable. BE AWARE AND PREPARE when things go wrong with your purchase at Mwave @Lidcombe.

raised a ticket and spoke to someone on the phone, I told them I will bring my pc. I left work and brought my pc to Mwave. The girl at the service desk refused to take it and said “sorry we don’t take the whole build, you will need to take the mobo out”. I told her I live 45 mins away and will need to come back another day and miss an hour of work, I told her that the guy on the phone was ok with me bringing the pc. I even said if they can kindly take the mobo out and I will take the rest back. She said “sorry can’t do it”. I than said what if you take the whole pc as it was bout from here and check if it’s something else, she than goes “ no issues that will be $150 and we will let you in 10 business days what’s wrong with it” I literally said, don’t worry about warranty, I will go somewhere else even if I have to buy a new mobo.

Zero empathy! I have bought parts worth over $10k in the last 15 months and this was literally my first after sales service experience.

matter of fact, it still runs flawlessly today after 3 years of rigorous use. I later bought RAM (which was today) and was met by a friendly staff member that goes by the name of Chad. This person upholds the fantastic reputation of Mwave and was the epitome of kindness. Not only did I get my perfectly intact RAM but was greeted by some useful advice on PC Upgrades with comprehensive detail in a brief manner thanks to Chad. If you go in-store, pray you to get him, he's one of the best!

I was forced to pay out-of-pocket to replace a faulty product – I purchased a PC component bundle on special from the online store. That experience was fine, comparable to any other online retailer. When returning to the store to pick up my replacement RAM (1/10/2021), i was told that no stock of my RAM was available, so the replacement had been changed to a refund. I was refunded the discounted value of my RAM, and was told to pay the difference out-of-pocket for replacement RAM, with no alternatives.

I re-ordered RAM identical to the product i returned (on the same day, 1/10/21). Within five minutes of ordering, the staff member walked to the back of the warehouse, picked up a new package of the RAM that was supposedly unavailable, and gave it to me to complete my new order.

I am very disappointed with MWAVE's handling of a relatively simple RMA. It is understandable that delays are to be expected due to impacts of COVID on international shipping, but i did not expect to be charged a considerable amount to replace a faulty product with an identical (working) copy, particularly when i explicitly stated i was happy to wait for a replacement rather than being refunded.

If at all possible, i will avoid purchasing any other products from this store due to their terrible post-purchase customer service.

Excellent customer service – The online store website and the app is easy to use. It is getting better as I believe Mwave is improving it. Much easier to d=sort the content to suit what I'm looking for. The range can improve, they do provide a wider range and a competitive price. Unfortunately the Aorus PSU I bout was DOA, it seems the Aorus brand is a bit dodgy. Mwave helped me to create a RA ticket, the process was quick and easy. Show details

Why say its in stock when its not really? – Overall an efficient and large operation at not the cheapest, but close to it, price. I wanted some Kingston RAM (memory) urgently, noted specifically something "in stock" and bought . Then had to wait and be treated like an idiot because they then said it was only "in stock at supplier" , which wasn't true (and what's the good of that anyway?).
