hours so I left them in peace and after 2 hours they were gone! Walked into a house that didn't smell clean (should still be obvious with low/no fragrance products), furniture and skirtings that weren't wiped down and bathrooms that were clearly still dirty with soap scum and mould. When staff was called back the first thing that was said was "so what is still dirty, show us?" in an aggressive manner which made me feel very uncomfortable. I have since gotten some mould remover and showers have come up well with the initial application. I was told a special process for the mould should have been done on that initial visit but unfortunately it wasn't. So, after that visit I wasn't keen for Myhome to attend again and was waiting for a mention of a partial refund. I was absolutely fuming at the terrible service I received and really preferred to forget the whole experience. I was then told of a rectification appointment for 11:00ish so I waited. I'm not going to wait all day so at 12:15 I said I was leaving (it was a sunny day and I wanted to make the most of it before school pickup) and its getting late and to cancel staff from arriving. I expected a message if staff were running late, new eta and confirmation from me if that suits - which would have been the decent thing to have done.
All people like me want is a hand at doing a basic (but important) task around the home to give us time for other things. I should not have to tell people how to do their job and in this case all jobs should basically have the same end result. There should not be different variations of what is considered a clean.
All I expect is good communication, to arrive on time and a good service. None of which I feel I received. Maybe you should have ensured I received a good service before you took my money initially?
Follow-up · Not sure what cleaning products were used. They appeared to be quite neutral as I couldn’t smell evidence of a clean. i ordered a kogan !2L air fryer from them .BUT THEY SENT THE WONG ONE , they sent a 30L air fryer of less value with no attachments ,, they wont change it or refund me even though the order shows what i ordered was not what i received , i would not deal with them again ,,i now have a product i have to try to sell for 1/3 of the price as i paid $220 for something they sell for $165 because they sent the wrong one..
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use My Home Clean, their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a load of crap. acknowledged there was an issue with the chemicals they used and the technician was sent back out to try to fix it. He was supposed to do the entire couch, which was confirmed by his manager. He was very rice and complained the entire time about having to redo it, said he didn’t have time to do the whole couch and just went over patches and walked out stating to contact the office if we had a problem with that. I contacted the office again the next day to report the issue hadn’t been resolved and was made worse and requested repairing or replacing the couch. I was told the case had been sent to “upper management” for a resolution, that was 3 over weeks ago. Apparently their management also had no contact number and doesn’t speak directly with customers. Now when I call, they refuse to do anything except say they can’t do anything until upper management makes a decision and they don’t know when that will be. What kind of business doesn’t have a complaints resolution system in place, especially when advertising a 100% saturation guarantee. Do yourself a favour and use another company.
Zero stars is more accurate. My couch was damaged during a clean, they attempted to clean again and further damaged. Many emails with zero reply and when I call u get told there’s nothing more they can do. I will now have to engage legal to take this further. Save yourself the hassle and engage a company with some ethics.

Great experience with myhome – We are very happy with myhome. Gabriella and Bianca are always pleasant and clean the house well. They are careful with our nick-nacks. They follow instructions well and help ensure a positive relationship with myhome. We would recommend Gabriella and Bianca for others needing this service.

A satisfied experience – Jen and Elisabeth did a great job this week. You do not get the same people every week but Jen and Elisabeth did a wonderful cleaning job and I hope to see them again.
