Never again!! Read everything letter of small print 50 times overI first used this service many years ago when it was still a small start-up, personalised service being run by an expat - couldn't fault it.... received two separate consignments with no issues at all. The whole experience simple, fast and reliable
Fast forward 7 years and I no longer recognise this company - experience couldn't be any more different. Seems to be run by bots from God knows where in the world. Fee structure is not straightforward - I've paid couple hundreds of dollars for a useless membership and 'storage hold' fees that according to MyUs, goods have been discarded!
I still don't understand why my goods weren't fwd. Email responses have been inadequate - generic, bot responses. $$$$ so much money wasted - Never again. Show details

Got a notification that nearly 100 dollars was charged to my card without my knowledge or consent today.
I did not ship the parcel or cancel my subscription. I received no enail notifications that parcel time was expiring or that anything was out of the ordinary.
When I try to log in to my account, it tells me it does not exist despite trying to use the very same email I received the notification about the charges on. I haven't ever changed my password from my first log in, and it is not working.

They should be shut down!I ordered a whole lot of items and had them on hold with a premium membership. As I didn't want to continue my membership, I cancelled it. Without realising that this would mean my 5 items would ship separately at $90-98 aud without receiving a quote or invoice prior to my card which cannot be removed from their site because of their so called policies was charged. I have had to abandon items as I do not want to put my new card details on there since being forced to cancel my debit card already on their site. The AI robot provides the same resp... I escalated the almost $400 in charges with my bank and I'm hoping they are refunded because I did not authorise or knowingly accept these charges. They are horrible. An American company actually running like this and ripping people off. Unknown to you being charged the most expensive shipping with dhl express and not being able to use any of thr cheaper options. Even when you query their prices they claim they are competitive. Yes they may be, but they add on so many other handling fees including claiming a liquid micellar make up setting spray was flammable and I still am unable to see how much I was being charged for that handling fee. This company needs to be shut down.
Seriously terrible!I should have listened to reviews!! I firstly made sure to order less than 450g (1lbs) worth of clothes to ensure I received the lowest shipping cost available (I have previously bought the same products so knew how much they weighed). They received my parcel and sent me an email saying it weighed 0.8lbs, which I knew to be correct based on my own calculations. I later received a shipping confirmation stating my parcel weighed 1.3lbs and I had been charged a far more expensive shipping cost!! I emailed + chatted on WhatsApp and disputed the cla... It’s nearly been a month and it’s still sitting on ‘Label Created’ with what apparently is known as the ‘First-Mile carrier’. They’ve said that shipping estimates are 10-20 business days for the first-mile carrier and then 10-15 business days once it’s transferred to the last-mile carrier (ie. Australia Post). What?!?! Where was the extra 10-20 business day wait listed on the website?? In fact, the website clearly states that the estimated shipping time (in my case, 10-15 days) INCLUDES processing and handling at their facility. So what, I ask, is this first-mile, last-mile bull****? Once contacted, CS has nothing but apologies to give. They won’t even deny that my parcel isn’t even on the way yet. From previous experience, ‘Label Created’ means it’s been logged in the system but a carrier hasn’t been booked to pick it up. I doubt it’s left their warehouse yet. The transparency is atrocious and the shipping is ultimately costing far more than was ever estimated, even with my refund. I was completely shocked when $65AUD was deducted from my account on a $130AUD parcel. So be aware that there are undisclosed insurance and GST charges that will be added to total cost. I’m also appalled that they tried to falsify the weight of my package. Simply terrible, avoid at all costs!!
Do not use this serviceI selected My US PREFERRED EXPRESS and the package took THREE WEEKS to travel from Florida to Western Australia. How is this even possible? How many countries did it bounce between around the globe before actually being sent to it's destination? I received the "how did we do?" survey via email 2 weeks before I received my parcel. When I contacted My US via their WhatsApp contact channel I was told my package was sent via Budget economy (despite me paying for "preferred express") and there were no shipping updates available after 13 December whe... Read moren a shipping label was created. This remained true for the entire 3 week shipping time. I was charged $63USD/$95AUD for this "preferred express" service for the small 3.10lb package. The package contained Christmas gifts for 4 family members and I received it on 3 January. Flight time from Sarasota to Perth is 1d 5h. This transit time is unacceptable. I would never recommend this service to anyone and will not be using this service again.

if you do not manually go into your account and select the shipping service you wish for your packages they will allocate express and the most expensive service. they don't tell you this.

Handy having US/UK addresses, but unreliable and expensive!I've had several issues with these guys, like losing my parcels for 3 weeks then charging a fortune to ship the items to me. It took me so many conversations and emails to resolve, as they just don't respond or read what you're saying.
The latest shipment they are trying to charge me nearly $90US for essential oils that I can ship from the retailer for $35US. They've been marked as dangerous goods ($29!) and have a bunch of other charges applied. Daylight robbery. And I'm a premium member!

Look for a better oneFirst time customer and probably last time one. Parcels being logged 3-4 days after reception, and they indicate the logging time as reception time. Then they marked water-based cleaner as flammable. Wrote to customer support, got a reply on e-mail after three days, never on WhatsApp, that they would review it. They corrected the error, never notified me about it. So something that was weighting 0.525lbs was suddenly 0.7lbs since they just weighted the original packaging instead of repackaging them like they should have. So even if they would have charged me for real package weight pf 3.1lbs, it would still be overcharging as it was including the weight of all the original packagings. Support is ghosting me now and still missing two packages. Truly a criminal company. Decided to do the trial as I order often from the UK. It was a very frustrating and costly experience. They took weeks to process my different packages and would enter zero information about the package to help identify them. They would classify them with super generic description like "CD / DVD / Disk Drive", which is really not helpful to identify package when you're ordering several DVD and CD, like, which one is it, a DVD or CD? They would write NA in the "From" field and "Other Store" for the merchant on all my 7 processed packages and only added the tracking number on two out of 5 packages that had them. The date of arrival listed for package do not even match the date of arrival of the tracking information and the value listed were not always correct. The lack of information got problematic as I was missing a package and trying to figure out which one. Then it seem they have lost one of my package and they took so long before giving any useful information, which is stupid because they have a photos of each item as they receive and process them, but of course they want you to pay 3.50$ to see the low res image. At some point, with my trial ending date approaching and still no info about which package I was missing due to them putting zero useful identification information other than the weight (which I also question) and them taking a while to help me with description of packages, I decided to shell out the 3.50$ to see which package I was missing. The option said "View low res pictures of your packages as they arrive at our warehouse" or something very similar, so I figured with this I'll be a able to see what they have received and find which one isn't there. I check my first item, then goes to the second and surprise, they want to charge me again! Turn out they want 3.50$ PER ITEM! Even tough the message to purchase the option is written in the plural form, they want me to pay 3.50$ per item if I want to be able to see what are the other package I have received. Its not only false advertising but very deceptive and borderline robbery. When they finally answered with the description of item received (after I sent them the invoice and listing pictures for each of them and had my mail forwarded to the correct place after several days), I decided to cut my losses and have my packages bundled for shipping before my trial ended. The package was "being processed" for days until my trial ended, couldn't cancel the membership because I had a package processing and was charged for renewal of the subscription. Now I lost 13.50$ on a trial that was supposed to be free and dreading to see the real shipping cost once they're done with packaging. The weight of the item were already a bit high and seem to be almost higher for some when I compare weighting an item I already have at home from the same series of tape. For example, they list an item as weighting 0.70 lbs when I weight the same thing at home and come up with about 0.425 lbs. it doesn't look like much but it add up fast and put you pretty quickly in the next shipping bracket. And when I e-mailed them about my trial ending soon and my issue not being resolved yet or the false advertising of the low res photo option price they charged me, they just ghosted me. You would think with all the issues they would have at least extended my trial until my packages got shipped so I can really sample their service, but no, they just ignored those e-mails. All in all, a terrible experience and felt like my packages were being taken hostages. And I haven't even seen the real shipping once they repackage my items, it was already over 50$ for a 3 DVD, one CD and 3 VHS tapes before the repackaging step, we will see what it end up once their worker are done with them.

I had 4 items shipped there for re-packaging and shipping to me from the UK.
It took a minimum of 2 weeks (from when it was delivered to them) for each package to show up in my suite.
Once everything arrived I created a ship request for ALL 4 items, paid a small fortune (more than the site quotes you).
Got an email confirmation that all 4 items were being prepared for shipping, then it took almost a month for anything to happen!

MYUS have categorised Alcohol as "dangerous goods" and will not ship it. This situation arose only after I had an issue attempting to forwarding a bottle of alcohol from their UK facility, they initially advised me that I should select Fedex to ship my goods, I attempted to do so, only to discover this selection was not possible. The eventual outcome was that they could not ship my goods, they charged me for "storage fees" despite the fact that I was attempting to resolve an issue that they could not initially clearly advise upon. I checked with them before using their service, how much of a delay would it be, they said it’s under control. Very ExpensiveMyUS will not add coupons to my account. Wouldn't ship with my preferred preference. Tried to over value items purchased so they collect more for GST (Australia) which means they make more profit because they don't have to pay as much.
