Nest Hello Video Doorbell Questions & Answers
Can someone tell me where to get the "Nest hello doorbell 16V 30VA transformer" or "power supply" please? I am in Australia, I purchased this via catch.com.au but it made no mention that I required and power supply. I don't have a doorbell apart from the Nest Hello Doorbell. Any help is appreciated.
We just had our electrician get us one - it doesn’t have to be nest-specific, just meet the output requirements specified. You could probably get what you need through Jaycar, if you’re doing it yourself.

Were you using an iPhone or the others to connect remotely ?
What do you mean by “the others”?
A phone not made by Apple - ie Android iOS. The NEST App might run differently on the different iOS. I am investigating the Hello. I have various NEST cameras, etc that have worked well to-date.
Ah I see. No I only have Apple phones, same as the rest of the household. Although I should update the review - since the google buyout / rebrand, app responsiveness has improved. Have been a few outages but seems to have calmed down now.
