Unprofessional, ran away from repairs, and ignored requests. I had to lodge a dispute complaint to DBDRV – Despite many repeated attempts to request to NHS Build to attend all required repairs and to install the missing items that they forgot to install, unfortunately my requests have been repeatedly ignored for the last 6 months. past 6 months and for these requests to continuously be ignored. I was forced to sign a form at Handover that I was satisifed with the build (with list of maintenance items agreed to be repaired), or otherwise threatened to pay interest if I don't sign the form or if I withhold the final payment. However, following the handover, they refused to attend most of the maintenance items and ignored my requests.

I had to lodge a formal complaint with Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. It is a very frustrating experience. I still hope they will do the right thing. I will revise my reviews with an update if they take responsibility for this and decide to resolve the issue fairly.

signed in February 2021 and till date the construction hasn't started! Whilst, I can understand the impact of restrictions but this construction should have started long time back regardless of restrictions due to the virus. It is just unbelievable how incompetent these people are. On top of that, no updates were provided and I had to email multiple times after every few weeks and ask for an update. I was at a point to cancel the contract altogether because they are supposed to start construction within 6 mnonths of the contract signing date. This has been my experience and construction hasn't even started yet. I wonder what else I will be going through once it does start. Beware of this company. You have been warned!

The Admin Team are champions provided me with every single update throughout the whole building and there was never a wrong update! The house was built smoothly on time with no surprise and delays. Flor is about all we could ask for in an Agent. She is prompt, polite, accommodating and attentive to all our conversations. She patiently went through the home design and other processes involved in finalising the contract. She took time to explain every detail and particularly shared her personal experience with us, which helped us greatly. Not recommended!!! – Been putting of writing a review, thinking it will get better..but no.. issues after issues still. They charge $1k for a contract variation but don’t follow the variation. We’ve hired a private inspector, and of course, found heaps of issues. Paid for a reinspection, only to find out that NHS haven’t rectified the issues. That is how unprofessional they are.

Every time you email them, it takes days for them to reply. You need to call them to follow up.

I’m sure there is no perfect builder, but as first-home buyers, our experience with them was disappointing. Do not recommend NHS at all!

Nick was our supervisor and took the time to explain everything to us during our inspections and checked in with us 3 months after the build was completed.

Since then we had a plumbing issue and we didn't know what to do, so we contacted NHS and they remembered us! the building department took down our concern and sent over a crew to check the issue. It was handled very promptly and the care was evident in trying to help us through the issue.

I highly recommend NHS as your next building option.
