'Cooling Topper' made things hotter – I found Jenny's review only after I had the same experience. memory foam products I have dealt with have the same effect.

They need to change the description for this topper as it doesn't stand up as 'Mattress Topper Cooling' . Not fit for purpose when 'warmer' sleeping people are seeking a cooling topper. Eligible for refund on these grounds alone.

For a matress to go directly on the floor it does stand up for a night or two - so upped it to 2 stars for this.

Bought 10cm mattress topper originally and it was quite firm. Let Newentor know & they were great about it and swapped over for 7cm which is more to my liking in comparison :) Great at replying to my emails & I’m loving my 7cm mattress topper. Gratitude all round. Show details ·  1

the impression that (having paid more) it was a little cooler to sleep on than others similar on the market. When I received it, it was perfectly wrapped, no issues at all however, after one very long night, the heat it generated into my back was way worse than the one I had thrown away. I emailed the company to complain about what I felt was 'false' advertising for this product and requested, based on that, my money back. The reply was and I copy and paste "we do not support the return of used mattress toppers due to non-quality issues". If you suffer with heat whilst sleeping do not purchase this product. I am doing the review after receiving constant emails to review the product in order the emails may stop. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it at all.

Newentor topper with my previous purchases:

I found it hard, uncomfortable, & it felt unlike any of the memory foam toppers that I had used before. I have tried it on both sides on a number of different occasions, only to suffer sleepless nights. The mattress it was used on was less than a year old & in good condition & I have since used another memory foam topper on that mattress which was soft & comfortable. In my opinion, If you are elderly & or suffer with joint pain & are looking for a comfortable topper with a soft feel, there are better choices out there at a much better price.

Very comfortable, just right – I and our guests find this very comfortable to sleep on. We have it on a very expensive mattress as it was too hard. wasn't right – I bought this for someone who has a bad back and needed a firm mattress to stay on. Unfortunately the topper wasn't nearly firm enough and was quite soft. When I tried to return it they said they said they don't do returns on mattress toppers. Not super happy with the experience, as it was a waste of money.

So happy with this mattress topper! – Bought for holiday house, noticed I had sore hips and pain when walking when I visited, but realised it was probably my mattress. Still Seriously Incredible! Newentor 7CM Topper – 7CM Topper, I reviewed this after I purchased 1 1/2 years ago in July 2023. Goods never came, and so is the refund – Purchased on ads its a 5-7days delivery in ViC, after 2 weeks no news or anything. I explain that i’d prefer a refund in this horrible saga. I contacted them through multiple platforms because emailing them takes forever. In all forms they’ve been reassuring that refund is being processed, or taking it seriously. but really, no refund til now-4 weeks later

Excellent Buy! – We bought this Mattress topper as a last attempt to save our hard mattress. Our old mattress moved like a rocky boat, with every toss and turn we'd make, making a peaceful sleep impossible. Also being hard a mattress, I woke daily with shoulder pain. So so – I'm not sure it's for us. Instead of supporting us we feel as though we sink. It doesn't feel dense enough to provide the support we need. Also annoying that it lifts at the corners and unticks the sheets. Show details
