was exactly what we needed without even realising it’s what we’re looking for! The electric slide out nature of the couch is smooth and does not take up extra room for reclining behind the couch. The lounge + chaise will be the perfect extra bed when needed.

We came back a week later and Mauricio still recognised us and immediately came over to offer help. He was honest and gave us thoughtful recommendations for fabric selection and we felt heard the whole time. Mauricio’s service was exemplary and the reason we’re now awaiting our new couch with much anticipation!

sometime. In saying that the table as a 2 year warranty and I am still in the time frame. A representative did come to my house and said use car polish which I am not comfortable doing. He mentioned no way will company do anything about it now. Pretty much called me a liar. Store Manager has not replied to my email. Disappointed to say the least. Happy for the team to try the car polish for me as I love the table and would like it fixed.

knew the sofa would be of excellent quality. Kelly, the assistant who looked after us was extremely helpful and really knew her product extensively, so it was a very easy decision for us to purchase the sofa. Whilst we were conducting the initial transaction, Kelly mentioned and explained the fabric care kit with the help of a short video which induced us to purchase that as well. The sofa was delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago and we were impressed with the deliver team who not only delivered it, but unpacked it and installed it in our media room, which is a great point of difference from furniture deliveries from other companies we have purchased from.

My wife and I are delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend Nick Scali Penrith to anyone looking to purchase an item of furniture for their home. Thanks for all your help Kelly.

Farmhouse modern sofa – Was looking for a good quality couch with a farm house modern look and the only store U could find that had that was Nick Scali. The experience at the store was amazing as we explored all options and colours and finally found the one. Once the sofa arrived it just looked perfect on our living area. I purchased 2 lounges from Nick Scali back in November 2025. Lounge was delivered on the 18th February 2026. One of the lounges is a Suffolk corner recliner fabric lounge. deflated and looks terrible. Not what I expect from a $5000+ lounge. Something not right with this lounge very dissapointed.

Had a technician come out and I was advised this was normal for the lounge to look the way it does. What absolute garbage, brand new lounge looks 5 years old after sitting on it a handful of times. Apparently you are suppose to get all the creases out of it after every seating. I was also yold one of the recliners which does not close evently on. Both sides was likely from transport and to give in 3 months to settle in. DO NOT BUY THIS LOUNGE FROM NICK SCALI.

After initially failing to honour their warranty, we now have an issue with a noisy electric reclining operation. It is pointless approaching NS regarding this as they made it perfectly clear that warranties are irrelevant. I have told many people… Read more

about my issues with them and I know of people who have heeded my warning. If you want a quality product with a warranty and quality service do not buy from Nick Scali. AVOID, you have been warned.

 Follow-up  · The noise from the mechanism is still overly loud, the initial leather stretch is worsening and the lounge looks several years old but is only twenty weeks old. I have lodged a complaint with NSW dept of Fair Trading and they will now be handling it on my behalf.

I had an issue with my lounge. The installers did not do a proper job when installing them. George was the technician who was sent to fix those issues. He was prompt, friendly, and very competent.  Follow-up  · We have had our Manly lounge for over a month now and we couldn’t be happier. It looks great and it is extremely comfortable. I applied the care products that accompanied the lounge and I’m confident it will wear well. The assembly team were quick, efficient and friendly.

from the firm come out, after multiple attempts by phone and email, he said there was oil build up under the leather from head contact, where else do you put your head, they don't cover oil build up under leather, this product was some $8000, it's a defective product they are selling, please don't take out the extended warranty they sell, not worth the buying, they also knock back any sort of claim All in all, such an unpleasant experience purchasing from this company There call now is, engage another leather repairer for satisfaction

We have another leather lounge some 20 years old, no such deficiency in this product

Ash's service, ideas and selection really helped us to make a confident decision on what we wanted and what would suit our space. I would very, very gladly return to purchase a lounge at Nick Scali - I highly recommend speaking to Ash as he went above and beyond in every regard.

George was prompt and offered an opportunity for earlier servicing as he had a cancellation - this was appreciated. He diagnosed the problem solved the issue and went further to ensure the recliner lounge was all working properly. It wasn’t as the head cushions had been incorrectly installed and had parts missing.
