Frank came out today to service our recliner lounge that had stopped reclining in a short amount of time he had identified the issue and repaired it straight away he was also on time as he quoted

Leather is poor quality and wrinkled
We have purchased Volante. My husband and i were very keen on that model. But as soon as arrived, we found out that it had been fine scratches and wrinkled, poor quality , bad smell. It smells like strong chemical smell. I could not breathe well and i was worried because i am pregnant anyway i reported and technician visited my place and he was told that 3month later would be fine. I show him the fine scratches it looks like going to be peeled off soon but he did not any action just said to me wait to 3month. What would be nothing changed after 3month? I don’t waste time 3month. This is totally different leather compared to what i have seen the show room. This is not live up to my expectations. I would like to get a refund on this or something.

Marble coffee table broke in 4 months. Terrible quality
I purchased Tallin dining and coffee table from Castle hill in January 2019 store and on one day in May 2019 i was sitting on the couch with my feet on coffee table and suddenly the marble broke and corner of coffee table fell off. I believe this is a very usual and common sitting position in a family area. I can clearly see from the broken side that the marble quality underneath the coating is very poor as crystals are easily coming off from it just by rubbing it with hand. This is surely not a good marble. but when I reported this to Nick Scali, The case officer spoke to my very bluntly and rudely as if i don't have any right to complaint about their product. without even physically checking the table, she closed my case with an argument that i used it inappropriately. this is very bad customer service. and if this is the kind of warranty they offer on their products then this warranty is of no use to anyone. I hope someone in higher authority listen and fix this.
For other buyers, i can only hope your product dont break or damage, otherwise forget about claiming under warranty.
