will give you various options. You won't go wrong with Kia's advise. You can also purchase the fabric care kit. Very easy to apply, no smell and dries fairly quickly, leaving no drip marks on the fabric. I am a previous customer of Nick Scali as I also purchased the Julia lounge 8 years ago and it still looks new and still very comfy to this day. Also got to mention the delivery drivers. They were great, did not leave a mess with the packaging. The chair comes packed in a cardboard box, drivers unpack and install the chair in your home making it easy. All you have to do is dispose of the box yourself, which was easy to do. Very happy with the entire service from beginning to end. Highly recommend Nick Scali furniture.
Terrible Customer Service – I ordered a table in September, booked for delivery 26/10/2023. A day off work had to be taken to allow for delivery time frame, which as a casual, meant a loss of wages. returned and now, 4 days later, I received an email telling me delivery of correct table is scheduled for 15/11/2023 - another 16 days away. I called customer service and explained the unfairness of making my family live without a table for another 2 weeks when it is Scali's mistake. I have just received another email saying delivery will be 10/11/2023. This is not good enough. I got rid of my old dining table in preparation for my new one and now we are expected to eat off the floor for another 2 weeks!!! Why am I, the customer, being penalised for Nick Scali's error? Customer service could not have cared less about my predicament. The right thing to do is for Nick Scali to arrange delivery of the CORRECT table IMMEDIATELY. The company does not have a great reputation and I can see why.
Avoid at all costs – The worst retail experience I have ever had. The staff at this store will lie to secure a sale and if you raise your concerns with the store manager (Sam) he will treat you with contempt. If you value honesty and integrity, I encourage you to shop elsewhere. The floor staff and the store manager require significant retraining to ensure other customers do not share my experience. Significant delays despite affirmation at time of purchase – 17 weeks and counting to receive a lounge that was supposed to take 9-11 weeks (with COVID delays considered). Latest update is it still needs another 3-4 weeks, subject to no further delays. New corner lounge – We received professional service. The lounge included a recliner. The recliner did rub on the ground when trying it but we have been promised that it will be fine when it is installed. The Skygate store was very tidy and well-presented. stains I mean normal dirt wear from leg cushions not accidental stains. The back cushions are all slouching and sunken and don't regain there normal shape. The stitching and leveling was fixed. We paid extra for the after service and are unsatisfied with it. Don't bother with this company.
