Nokia C3 Questions & Answers
Verifiedwhat network does it connect to?
My Nokia C3 has been working well until a few days ago when it just had a black screen that would not turn on properly. It was/still is charged. At first if you were in dim light you could see a slight glow in the screen but now nothing. If you try to ring the phone it says it is turned off. I have tried pressing the volume and power keys together. I have taken the battery out and put it in again. Nothing seems to work at all. It is now completely dead - and less than 4 months old. Any suggestions?

Bought a Nokia C3 21.11.2020 It works well for receiving and making calls, messages and also taking photos. I just found out that I cannot attach photos to messages or even transfer them to my computer which I have been able to do from previous phone for years. Please help! RM
Hi, I have not had that problem. But with accessing the photos on the computer. Make sure you scroll down from the top of the screen You will see Silent notifications. Where it says Android System - Charging this device via USB Tap it twice. Select Media device (MTP) and then you can access the files on your phone. Now with not being able to attach Photos Without the data connection, you can't attach the picture to text message Android. To check if the mobile data is enabled or not, you need to go to the settings option. Then go to "Wireless and Network Settings" and tap the "Mobile Networks" and enable it by tapping, if the data is already on, you don't need to tap. If this does not work have a look at external link If that is no help go to the bottom of the page and you can email Nokia. And they will respond. They were pretty quick last time I needed to chase something up for a friend. Hope this helps
My Nokia c3 wont allow me to attach pictures to txt messages. I am on an Aldi plan, phone purchased from Aldi on a special plan. I can attach pics on my previous nokia. Help please.
What did Nokia say?
Nokia said to call the service provider. Service provider said to call Nokia. FFS
Without the data connection, you can't attach the picture to text message Android. To check if the mobile data is enabled or not, you need to go to the settings option. Then go to "Wireless and Network Settings" and tap the "Mobile Networks" and enable it by tapping, if the data is already on, you don't need to tap. If this is not the cause you can go to external link go to the bottom of the page and email them. They are pretty quick to respond. I had to do that for a friend of mine once. I have never had that problem you have and we have two different Nokia phones at home. I don't think it is the provider as I have Aldi as well and have no problems. Hope this helps.
