my optimplus won't steam. was working good but just stopped working while in use now not .Both green and orange lights on together., unit gets warm but not hot enough to produce steam.. checked water tank and it is producing water to the device.

What can I do to get it working again. Thanks Kevin email thechiefx@outlook.com
