I’m having to recharge the battery every 3 days. It’s only 3 weeks old and only use it at night to see unwelcome cats. The sensitivity is on 7. Any suggestions ?
Better off buying the hard wired ones as battery operated versions need to be located in an area that's easy to reach and means that they can be stolen or removed. Sanlec Electrical installed ours and they're fantastic.
My Orion cameras have been working ok but for the last couple of days they are not picking up motion unless I pretty much waive my hand in front of them. How can I rectify this? Thanks
I've no idea, however, unless you are pretty well right in front of the unit there is a very long delay until you see any actual movement on your mobile. Perhaps that is the problem.

You can change the sensitivity settings for the camera in the individual settings in the app. Maybe try cleaning the lens. I don't know really. I've had my 4 cameras installed outside for over 2 years now and they haven't missed a beat. As far as lag goes, all camera systems, regardless of brand or quality, have a slight lag of the video feed of some sort. With my cameras it's approximately 2 seconds, which is normal. And again, notifications have to be set for each individual camera, but he warned, if you have the notifications turned on, it will literally go off every 10 seconds if the cameras are facing the street as they will pick up everything. Mine are turned on to only pick up big things such as people, cars etc.

No they need the SD card to store the footage. Otherwise you just get a still picture

When you say it notifys you, do you mean As an alert through your phone? When you go to look at video what happeans? Are you looking at a spinning wheel in the app and waiting for video to open?

I purchased 2 sc002ha cameras from bunnings a few months ago and have been working fine but now they turn themselves off at random, I have to turn the power supply off then on again to reboot them.it is not a power problem as I have tried other power supplies with same results.i have reset them to factory defaults but same thing happens now and then.has anyone got an answer to this problem?
My Orion Camera was working fine for a month or two but it virtually picks no motion up now. If Human Filter on it picks nothing up if i turn human filter off it picks up things but whats the point of that? Any advice on how to get the camera to work picking up movement and humans would be appreciated. Thanks Peter
If I connect to 2 way audio how am I charged for the call
The audio is routed via the data connection ie. the same connection you are viewing the camera video over.

Check what format the files are also you need a Video player that supports your file format.

I have two cameras. When viewing them through the Grid app on my Phn, one of the cameras when I click on it says, “retrieving video stream”. But when I click on the other camera it doesn’t show that. Have I selected a function on the first camera that causes this “video stream” to happen?
