I recently changed Wi-Fi password since trying to reconnect my video unit won’t read the grid connect code - I get no tone I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won’t work, unit is charged and close to wifi and 15-20cm from iPhone??
Had the same problem, in the end my niece pointed out that I need to reset the unit. I thought I had done that, but sadly no. In the box was a small pin thing that she used to poke in the small hole on the device, whiz bang it immediately recognised the QR code and I was back up and running.

Hi, Ive just purchased a 2nd Orion (so far the 1st works great) for the back door. Anyone know if the two door units can both operate both bell units? It's about getting better coverage in the house. BTW, I have tried all the suggestions for increasing volume/changing chime. Under Bell Settings there's Pair and "Chime Type", to which I just get "wireless doorbell". Any suggestions.
