removed all of the cushion inserts and found the culprit - the inserts stink! I left them in the garage for a week, put baking soda around to absorb the smell but still no luck. We are very disappointed to have purchased a lounge for over $2000 and have to be dealing with this.

Great Quality Furniture – We visited several furniture stores and I’d have to say, came back to Oz Designs as the overall quality and design of their furniture was much better than anything else we’d seen. Anyway, I came in looking for a sideboard unit and ended up with the matching Nora coffee table and TV unit. I found the chairs I wanted – After running around many furniture stores looking for dining chairs that were black vinyl, comfortable to sit upon and the right price, I found them at Oz Design. I would never buy furniture online because you can’t judge it from a picture. Show details

Exactly what I was looking for – Having visited numerous other stores looking for a Sofa without success, I dropped into the Store and found a couple of sofas that I believed would work for me. After confirming the space that I had available, I made a further visit and with the help of staff narrowed down my choice and choice of fabric, since delivery it has made a vast difference.

Poor customer service and communication – Product took 8 months to arrive. They kept giving vague reasons as to why. Staff never updated me, unless I contacted them. No apology offered in person, when I collected and in fact were quite rude. While I love the product, I won’t order from Oz design again due to their poor customer service.  Show details

Ash lounge – Don't buy the Ash lounge with a chaise, it will almost double the price and it'll be too short and uncomfortable, it'll also make the lounge noisy.

Tear in ottoman. Yet to receive a response from the store – Called the store and let them know the ottoman delivered had a tear. They asked me to email photos. Two emails later and yet to receive a response from my emails

Lovely design. Dimensions could be more consistent – We’ve been thinking about putting bookcases in the corner for years. Custom was too dear. Oz design Kote is the sort of design we wanted. line them up but they aren’t square and the smaller 600x1100 units have 33.5cm shelf spacing vs 33cm on the 1200x1800 units. Spec said 33cm. We probably won’t notice it with books on. I’ve build my own kicks to help them work together and sit against the wall. One of the smaller units didn’t have a flat base either but the packer can’t be seen.

Overall Fantastic Experience – Having brought a lounge suite from Oz Design over 15 years ago it was time to update. The service I received at the store was excellent and the range and layout was great. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Show details

messmate coffee table – We bought a great looking coffee table. However when we opened it up it was damaged. We suspect it was damaged in the factory and packed with the damage. Love the Rawson TV unit – First TV unit we've bought in years. Wanted something a little bit different, something unique. Better than I imagined! – We ordered a bespoke piece and the assistance we received getting the piece just right was amazing! It took the full amount of time to receive it, and I will admit I was feeling impatient by the end, but we were given an accurate timeframe and it was not excessive considering it was a bespoke piece. Thank you!

Recently purchased from them and we didn’t get our stuff but the team members were really friendly and happy to help – As mentioned we are yet to get most of our order but generally we are happy to purchase other things from them in the future

Stunning Products – The Fyshwick, ACT store is fantastic, perfect size and the staff are super friendly and knowledgable. Loved wandering though the store and seeking assistance on making my decision on a dining table and chairs. I was advised of time frames and the product anomalies that may have occurred.
