Useless staff and delivery service – ABSOLUTELY Useless staff. Can not track or call the delivery company they use or just can't be bothered. Waisted 2 days waiting on delivery that never came with no phone call no ETA no apology for the lack of service that they charge for!

Beautiful quality custom made cabinet – We purchased a custom made PORTO system Mango wood entertainment cabinet. It turned out perfect, and of even slightly better quality than shop stock. was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a slow 14 week process, but well worth it. The cost was in line with what you would expect - about a 10% premium on regular stock, but excellent value and quality.

Great service – Trying to match dining chairs with some we purchased 10years ago from Oz designs.The gentlemen in the store were very helpful and found 2 very similar chairs in stock in the store.We were very happy to get two chairs so close in colour and style to the other 6 we have.Now we can get 10 people to sit around our extendable table. I purchased 6 dining chairs and they are simply perfect – I came to OZ Design I saw the perfect chairs and I conquered, I just had to have them and the sale was completed in 15 minutes.....no ifs or buts. 8 months to receive a product that was completely the wrong size – It look 8 months for our bespoke coffee table to arrive, and it was completely the wrong size. When I tried to resolve the problem my calls and emails weren't returned. Now we have to wait an indefinite length of time to get the correctly-sized coffee table (so far it's been 2 months).
Love the product, but service could have been better – We are loving our new chair from OzDesign - it looks great and is so comfy, very good quality. The service from OzDesign could have been better - updates on what was happening when the product was delayed and clearer information about how to collect the chair when it was ready. Show details

Love it all! – I bought two couches, a coffee table and a TV unit during the June sale. I love how it looks in the room and how the paler wood makes the space look so much bigger. Poor Customer Service - Belrose Store and Customer Care – Avoid purchasing from OZDesign Belrose. My initial delivery involved receiving an incorrect dining table and legs and a chair with a snapped leg. unempathetic and disingenuous and lacked compassion. When I enquired on timelines of communication, the facts were represented dishonestly. [Name Removed] from Customer Care displayed extremely poor customer service and was obstructive throughout the process in reaching an agreeable solution. [Name Removed] refused my requests to engage directly with management and repeatedly ignored aspects of email enquiries. She expressed that OzDesign has no outward facing complaints policy. [Name Removed] even managed complaints regarding her own performance. OzDesign failed to show a level of professionalism, care and compassion from the Belrose store manager to Customer Care. Take your business to a company which values the customer.
quality not as good as the one on display in store – the round mango dining table in store looked a lot better than the one which was delivered to me..was disappointed as the table top has some large grey dull patches, not the deep rich orange/yellow tones like the one instore..I guess they would say imperfections in wood are to be expected somewhere in the fine print..chairs are fine and like ones on display.

faulty , cracked desktop Drawers not closing due to poor workmanship I took them to court and the representative said “we come here all the time and win” They forced oz design to send me another desk which came better but not as good as what they display Con artists is the best way to describe them Beware Don’t shop there
