was right there. Well I was intrigued by some of the pieces of furniture and quite surprised by some of the lighting, the lovely rugs, they looked and felt far better than I was expecting. I approached Andrew and he was incredibly helpful, not pushy, not overbearing but straight forward and I felt very comfortable for a change by this service superstar. So I explained some of the areas I needed some things and he was able to show me some good and very reasonably priced items. I selected some Porto drawers, side board and side table also a solid wood root coffee table, He checked stock and it was all so incredibly easy and smooth. I wish I had come into this store a few months ago when I was first furnishing my new apartment. But I will absolutely make this my first stop in future. He is an absolute Ambassador for Oz Design and a delight from the usual over bearing and pushy people I’ve encountered in some of the big named stores.

An excellent example of what great Customer Experience is! – I first purchased my couch from Oz Design about 3 years ago. Fast forward 2 years and in the process of moving house I contacted Shadia again for help. To my surprise, she was more than willing to help, following up with phone calls to ensure it was booked in with my local Oz Design store.

I have just received the cushion, repaired by Randa at Oz Deisgn Moore Park, and it looks like a brand new couch after almost 3 years.

I have been amazed at the level of customer experience across Oz Design in helping me to get my couch repaired and will ensure I stay a loyal Oz Design customer for years to come. Thanks Shadia for going above and beyond to help me and Randa in doing an amazing job to repair the cushion!

Eve. My husband and I had expected the sofa to have been assembled prior to delivery which it wasn’t. However, what was surprising and not okay, was the fact that it was left for us to assemble a couple of hours before Christmas! When you pay a couple of thousand dollars for something, you expect a certain standard of service. Had we known that the sofa was not assembled and worse still, was not going to be assembled by the delivery people, we wouldn’t have paid for delivery and instead picked it up ourselves! This would have saved us on delivery costs and these days every dollar counts!!!

Unfortunately, this aspect took away what could have been otherwise a perfect experience:(

Great design, functional and pleasing to the eye – The staff were helpful. They offered their services of assistance but were not pushy. The store lay out was easy to navigate. They were able to answer our queries/questions without hesitation. The design was fluid and accommodating. So good! – The staff are friendly, have great ideas, welcoming, attentive and offer personalised service. Helpful and available when you need them and not annoying when you want to browse. The quality is superb. The delivery drivers are the best I’ve ever had, careful, unwrap and will put the furniture where you want vs dump and go. Highly recommend Show reply

Excellent service and product – We received fantastic service in store. The chairs we purchased were great value for money and quality. They were delivered before the estimated delivery date and the staff we had to call to arrange the delivery were efficient and friendly. Horrible Experience Never Again – Received my brand new marble dining set in industrial wooden crates thrown at my door step, the marble table is unpolished, looks old and poor. Poor Quality sofas – Purchased Kent sofa 5 years ago. The webbing has stretched, you now sink when sitting on the sofa. Have been dealing with Customer Service via the supplier to be informed webbing is normal wear and tear and not covered by their 10 year warranty. Poor quality furniture. Show details

Table is good quality and matches my other furniture well – Table is good quality and matches my other furniture, only issue was the table was too high and I had to have 3 cms sawn off the legs now all is good.

Happy customer – Very happy with sales & service. Pleased to buy Australian made! They advised of wait time for lounge to be made & delivered which was spot on. Well-stocked store and helpful sales people – Brightly lit store with a good assortment of furniture on display. Also various fabrics and colours on different items such as sofas made it easier to decide which covering we wanted. The sales person knew his stock but was not pushy. and sofa were very simple to hook together, as had been demonstrated in-store by the sales person. My only complaint is that the delivery men were not only not wearing masks, they didn't even have masks in their delivery truck, so I had to give them one each. Very disappointing. The carrier who took away our old sofa-beds was friendly and efficient - and already wearing a mask on arrival.
