It was quite easy to navigate the store and the staff were helpful in explaining how the various wall decorations could be combined.

Purchase was not in stock but was made available as soon as possible. Staff service was very good they were so professional.

I placed my order over the phone. Very professional and knowledgeable. Arranging delivery was so easy and then constant contact from the delivery men. When they arrived I asked if they could unpack the furniture so that I could check it. Nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend my entire experience

The store was super easy to navigate and the assistant politely asked if I required help then left me until I was ready to chat. I saw a few pictures I liked but once I saw the sleeping koala I was sold on it. I just love its gorgeous face and the price was very reasonable. I was able to collect the item immediately and assisted to my car by friendly staff.

Ordered 5 Mango Creek items. All were delivered ok (some assembly required) but the 96kg Extension Dining Table is still in the box waiting for me to find several people to help me lift it onto its legs (driver warned me not to pivot the table on its legs - they will snap off). Knowing this Oz Design should have their delivery people add this service. Especially after spending many thousands of $ on this order.

To bad , lier manager , slow delivery for one frame, and very very bad customer service . It was the last thing that I buy from this Store , I m so sorry for this store

The women in store were very helpful. The table was easy to assemble and we loved that it was made in Malaysia, NOT China and was good quality. My only negative comment is the fact each item we ordered wasn't in stock and we had to wait a few weeks for the table and a couple of months for the TV unit which won't be in until end September.

Had been looking for a style of dining seat that looked good & was comfortable. Visited so many retailers & online shopping but had no luck. Checked out Ozdesign with great results

Assembly wasn't hard, but the amount of cardboard was insane. I would have liked to have been given the option to have the goods assembled and rubbish taken away especially given the high price for delivery

The table we bought caught our eye from the minute we walked past it. Absolutely stunning the quality of the wood was amazing fantastic value for money, although heavy the table was very easy to assemble

We recently moved and purchased a lot of new furniture. The dining table and chairs, coffee table and entertainment unit we purchased from Oz Design is by far the best quality furniture we purchased. Great quality and so easy to unpack and put together.

Staff were helpful, purchased over the phone. They called me when they arrived in store a few days later. I'm very happy with the quality of my bedside tables. I love to pop in store to check out what i can purchase next.

The store was beautifully presented and staff were helpful but not overbearing. There was a wider range of product than I expected and was amazed and delighted to find exactly what I had visualised. The chair I purchased was ordered and ready for pick-up within a week, was well packed and already assembled. The fabric is excellent quality and in a colour I had been unable to find anywhere else. Very happy and will definitely be returning for items I wasn't looking for, but now have to have.
