after the purchase outlining the 3 month wait for our order (which we were already aware of as their website states the fulfillment date when browsing) and a personal email address for further assistance if it was needed. They were very accommodating halfway through the process when I had a question in regards to it, and the items arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Organising delivery was easy and the two delivery men delivered the pieces with no complaints and the utmost professionalism, despite our address not being easy to do so. The quality of the items is even better than in store as we hadn't seen our colour and size of items in store. This whole experience has convinced us to purchase more items from this company, and we have later seen they often have their items on sale or at very reasonable prices for the quality. Would recommend this company.

Print is exactly as pictured on website, which was a great relief. Very happy with the purchase & delivery, even though a bit slow. It’s a shame, I was unable to view the print at my local OZ store given refunds are not available if it isn’t what you believed it to be online. also so very well made, very comfortable to sit on, and are the perfect height with my kitchen bench. The only thing I had to do was add some floor protectors on the bottom of the legs, I'm not sure why these amazing barstools didn't come with some sort of floor protection. But I'm still very happy with them as they are truly Gorgeous!!

I love my Alaska dining chairs. They are SO comfortable and fit with my dining table perfectly. They are good quality and well made. Online ordering and delivery was a breeze. I'm now considering what to get for my new coffee table and feature arm chair. Show details ·  1

Buyer beware! Don’t be tempted to purchase from this company. My experience was like many others on this forum. If there is an issue with your order expect the customer service to be non-existent. They will try to tell you that you can’t request a refund or exchange for a faulty item if it was collected from the store. As many others have said… Read more

the quality of the furniture does not appear to match what you see in store. It’s very expensive Allen key assembly furniture at best. If you order items in stock and items on back order together be prepared to be charged multiple delivery fees. Delivery is expensive for the service you get, which includes someone dropping the box in the room only. Save yourself time and hassle and purchase furniture elsewhere. I will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone else.

The table is beautiful but one leg is unstable. I have attempted to unscrew it and redo it but it is still wobbly and collapses in a little. It then makes the table wobbly. I wanted to call to complain but unless I somehow deconstruct it and get it to you (near impossible) you can’t see it. I wish you would send someone out to look. I ordered four home decor items online. One of the items turned out to be too big, which I didn’t realise at the time. I tried calling customer service and Oz Design stores to ask if I could exchange it for something else, but the person I spoke to said no — online orders can’t be exchanged. Well set out website made browsing the pieces I was interested in very easy. I am delighted with my new bedside tables. They speak quality. Beautifully crafted. It was delivered in a week, and the gentlemen who delivered were helpful and cheerful, despite having to navigate through a narrow hallway. The longe sofa bed is a good product, comfortable bed and good quality leather. Only improvement would be more protection for the leather cushions when the bed is out because there are some sharp metal pieces at the head of the bad where the cushions slip in. Buffet look lovely. Drawers have soft touch close and came lined with felt. Good honest furniture. BUT It lack consideration for modern life. There are no holes in the back or any way to route a few wires. The back is flat down to the feet, so theres a gap to the wall because of the skirting board. Show reply

We have owned Kate two and three seat sofas now for a few years. We have had a leg break off - not covered under warranty. Also the excessive pilling is out of control and on a natural linen coloured sofa looks really unappealing. sofas. Wish I was told this before buying them. Definitely would not have bought them. Won’t buy from Oz design again. There’s much better quality out there for a lot less.
