definitely the QA phase. Oz design don't want to know about it. Suggest you visit the wholesale furniture company which is almost adjacent to Oz design in McGregor you will likely save a significant amount of money.

Bought a couple of Porto pieces, loved the style. Have made a couple of purchases. Initially bought the Porto Buffet, Porto Entertainment Unit and Porto Coffee Table. Unfortunately, the Console was damaged during delivery, but whereas I was happy with our previous encounter with support, the support offered this time was amazing - a brand new replacement was arranged and this included delivery.

I would say prices are not cheap but the quality is great, pre-sales staff at Maroochydore were friendly and helpful and the after sales service amazing. Thoroughly recommend OZ Design.

there. The long 3 month wait for delivery was well worth it as I LOVE both of them. The root coffee table is a stand out, focal piece in the lounge (I particularly appreciate its uniqueness and natural appeal) and the entertainment unit is elegant and stylish while being practical with lots of storage. The tracking of the order was faultless as was the customer service support when I rang and the guys who delivered, unpacked, positioned and removed all the packing material were very good, helpful and efficient. Altogether it was a very positive and satisfying experience both products and service and I would definitely buy from Oz Design again. Thank you to all involved :)

I ordered two sofas from Oz Design in March. I was told they would take 8 weeks to be delivered. The first sofa arrived in 3 weeks and was clearly not new. with anyone. I had to Email and only received a reply when I kept Emailing asking them to reply. They replied that they would send a professional out to clean the sofa. I would not agree to the clean as a new sofa should not have to be cleaned. I asked if someone could come and look at it as I wanted it replaced. This went on for many weeks. I went in to the store in Brisbane and demanded I speak to Customer Service. They finally rang Sydney and I spoke to Customer Service who agreed the sofa would be replaced. By this time the two seater was delivered after 8 weeks of order and was cream and not the beige colour I had chosen. The first sofa was the colour I had ordered. I was told there was a dye lot change and that is why they were different colours. They finally took the used sofa back months ago, however, it has taken over 5 1/2 months to get this issue resolved and a replacement new sofa. In that time I have had to continually follow up where things were up to. If I did not keep following up I believe I would still not have both sofas. They did give me a small refund but this did nothing to cover the distress and inconvenience of having limited seating in my living room over all these months. It is so disappointing that an Australian company has such low standards of customer service, not to mention trying to pass off used furniture. I will never again purchase anything from Oz Design.

Never again. Will not purchase from OZ Design in the future. Paid a 50% deposit on stools. Told there is a 14 week lead time. OZ Designs have now reduced the price of these stools. We went into the store and there were 3 staff members we could see, two were working on computers and the other one was with a customer. help us. We eventually went and asked for a tape measure and ask about availability of the product. There was no interest in assisting us and we had to wait quite a while for one of the staff to talk to us. The stools we bought were great but wouldn’t rush back to the store as even when we picked the stools up we weren’t impressed with the service. The only staff member who was helpful and friendly was the gentleman who bought our stools out to our car. Very disappointed with the service and won’t rush back.

Will not shop here again – After sales service lacked care or empathy and sales process was misleading. Product quality seems good but God help you if something doesn't suit your home. Once you have purchased something, there is zero care factor, and scripted replies from a customer 'care' centre. On delivery, I was advised that my items could be returned. Please check trust pilot reviews, as many are similar.

Christmas plans and no dining table. The home delivery and assembly service was worth the money, however, the tradespeople kept stepping on our white rug in their work boots. Even after I had moved the rug so they wouldn’t step on it, they moved it back and said, “we like to leave things how we found them”. Which is understandable, just something I noticed that may bother others too!

Prompt delivery of order – Had researched on line, found what I wanted, then checked the product out in store . Order placed & pleasantly surprised to receive the order before Christmas. Worst experience to date – This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the delivery experience where there was missing items, to promising getting me the items which still haven’t arrived and now I have a piece and the base of the table off the shop floor. I now don’t have the new table I ordered, still waiting for a call to resolve this after sending a formal complaint. Would never purchase an item from OzDesign again.
