Difficult to obtain delivery of extra fabric for arm covers. Why is this so?

Bundall store great to browse in. Final choice of dining chairs easy as could sample others before deciding. Great quality and friendly staff.

Reasonably priced. Beautiful quality fabric lounge with fabric protection. Shop assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Gave us a call as soon as it arrived, which was weeks earlier than expected. Delivery was great - really friendly guys delivered exactly when they said they would.

Ordered two prints. Received them after nearly 10 weeks shipping to find the frame broken in two places on one. Couldn’t be bothered returning and waiting another two months so will have to live with it.

Store was well organised and the range suited or needs, everything was high quality and no assembly required the delivery guys were great

Came in with my daughter and saw it just inside the door, loved it, ordered it! Very easy.
It was delivered and my son put it together and set it up. It probably would have been a bit easier with instructions but no problem really. We needed a bit of an adjustment and two men came out and attended to it immediately.

A drop that looks like oil has taken the colour out of one of the seats, clearly they were not sealed with anything and are very porous! Probably not the best for a stool. The store was professional and easy to deal with, just not happy with the product!

The product is top quality. Extremely happy with everything we purchased. The delivery drivers are by far a standout. Delivered and unpacked our order with care.

Purchased Ash 2.5 +chaise lounge suite, it was delivered Dec 2020. The wading under the cushion covers is twisted and buckled, the outer edge of one cushion has excess fabric looks terrible and the chaise cushion has already started to sink in, I notified Store manager 1 week after delivery and to date (March 2021) have only received alot of excuses about when someone will come out to look at it. That someone is the delivery man..what it has to do with him i dont understand.. but im still waiting and do not want to speak with the very rude manager..im getting NO WHERE!

The store was beautifully decorated with a broad range of furniture pieces giving us much choice for our decisions. The furniture is not only aesthetically appealing it is functional and sturdy. The dining suite and coffee tables were the perfect addition to our home. We are very satisfied.
