there. The long 3 month wait for delivery was well worth it as I LOVE both of them. The root coffee table is a stand out, focal piece in the lounge (I particularly appreciate its uniqueness and natural appeal) and the entertainment unit is elegant and stylish while being practical with lots of storage. The tracking of the order was faultless as was the customer service support when I rang and the guys who delivered, unpacked, positioned and removed all the packing material were very good, helpful and efficient. Altogether it was a very positive and satisfying experience both products and service and I would definitely buy from Oz Design again. Thank you to all involved :)

On time delivery and service – After dealing with the nonsense of Nick Scali it was a breath of freash air dealing with the Bundall team. They delivered our sofa as per agreement and the lads that made the delivery where polite and on time. Well recommend

Wrong colour & the couch smells like animal! – I have no concerns with the store. the 3 birds reno group who promote your product and will make it very heard my experience to others. We have down 8 homes now and never had an issue like this with a supplier. Never again!

Delivery date of in stock item – We purchased 2 sofas, which Oz furniture had in stock and it took over 4 weeks to have them delivered. It is not acceptable for an item in their warehouse to be sent out to a customer on this time frame. Show details

Love my couch – Service was excellent at Bundall store, and made it easy to make a decision. When the couch came, the delivery guys handled a difficult entryway and made it look easy while being good-humoured and professional at the same time. The couch itself is well made and exactly as imagined. I would definitely shop there again.

Stylish and beautiful outdoor table – We fell in love with this setting when we saw it at ODF Bundall and couldn't be happier. The service from the store was fantastic. The delivery was on time and the courier was wonderful and placed it exactly where i wanted it to go.

Beautiful set of dining room furniture – I was hesitant in the original purchase, with the cost, but I'm so happy I invested in a few classic, solid, well made, pieces of beautiful living room furniture - I love sitting down to it every day, and I know I will still love it in 15 years!

quality furniture and associated pieces forming a great display. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about solid timbers, veneers and different types of joints and hardware. The quality of the item on displayed looked great so we purchased the entertainment unit which was delivered by their own in-house team which was again a great experience. We are delighted with it and so glad that we dropped into the Bundall store that day.

Quality Dining Table, great service – We received excellent service at the Bundall, Qld store. They had a sale on at the time so we were very impressed with the price. The delivery time was pretty accurate. The delivery guys came and assembled the table (only requiring securing the legs), put felt pads on the feet, flipped it over and the job was done. Bad at Refunds – Bought a Coffee Table that was damaged, they would not give a refund or store credit as they wanted to replace the faulty goods. After 6 months of delay's in getting a replacement to which they could not guarantee it would not have the same faults and us having no Coffee Table they finally agreed to a full refund.
