Found the coffee table I had been looking for, in stock and easy pick up at rear of store. Did have to assemble myself which was easy enough to do but actually didn’t realise this until I went out back to pick it up. Sales person didn’t mention it.

The store's layout was easy to find what you were looking for. Great ranga and the quality of the furnitre is five stars. Well made and designed. Looking forward to hopefu;ly buying more furniture for my HOME.

Store was laid out pretty much like other "nice" stores. I wouldn't say the range was quite extensive, but sufficient. Quality of course as expected. No assembly necessary. Delivery as promised. Quality of item delivered was perfect - no damage, not even a minor scratch.

Spent over $2000 on a chaise and 8 months later it’s covered in pilling and indents in the chaise cushions, it’s like sitting in a hole.
Oz design said buy a pillar, l may have if it wasn’t the whole couch that looked trashed. Looks like my Nana’s old jumper. Not to mention the poor structual quality of the seat cushions and l can advise it’s not from over use, it’s not used every day. Disappointing product, waste of money, fantastic furniture would have held up better not to mention being brushed off by Oz design office when l rang to advise.

We went to Essendon to see the buffet we wanted as our local store at Narre Warren only had the bedside tables, so glad we did....Essendon is the most amazing store full of beautiful furniture. After waiting through COVID to receive our furniture, I can only say it was worth the wait. The most beautiful funky PORTO buffet and bedside tables are in place and I’m totally in love. One very happy customer.

The store was easy to walk through and I found what I was looking for. I knew what I needed and found it. Staff were very helpful and know their stock.

The table I was looking for was actually out of stock. The lovely lady that served me did a back order for me and I received it 8 weeks later. It’s stunning ! Such a gorgeous piece and I have had so many lovely comments about it. The lady that served me was Angela, and she was so very, very nice.

Very satisfied with the designs and customer service. The product design was suited to our home and we didn’t have to assemble it. The minute we entered the store we saw exactly what we were looking for

We just wanted to say thank you for the exceptional customer service that we received with the exchange of the faulty Rita coffee table. We received the replacement a while ago now which is perfect and we love it!

The customer service received when things don’t go as planned (which is bound to happen from time to time) really is the real testament of good or bad customer service and we couldn’t have asked more of oz design. Communication was easy, you got back to us very quickly and the exchange process was flawless! Oz design remains one of our favourite stores to shop in so thank you!

Very satisfied with the staff member as I already knew what I wanted. Also made many recommendations which once we are out of lock down I will be going back to purchase. Only downside when I received chairs the dust cover stapled under the chair looks terrible due to originally stapling a beige colour, all they did to fix was place a black cover over it, looks bulky and rushed does not look good at all. The only upside is that it is under the charge.
