Bought a lounge and just after a month of use the fabric started pilling really bad and the cushions were all out of shape.
I rang the store who informed me I needed to email customer service.
I did that and now 6 months later and no lounge we still haven’t got our money back. We have jumped through so many hoops ( maybe if you vacuum your lounge it would fix it ) we had a professional depiller come and look at the lounge before Christmas which they arranged and he said it was a faulty material. They have agreed to refund us and took the loun...

Visited the store looking for a dining table. I wanted an extendable table and this was one of the few places that offered some. There was a nice range in store and also a great clearance section. I got a bargain and it was delivered already assembled the next day.

Said my email was required for order. Used my email to send me unsolicited "please rate is" on product review. Desk is fine, but one star rating just for this practise.

Store had a great layout, products were easy to find and look at. Staff were attentive but not pushy or intrusive.

I was so satisfied in fact I bought another.

Really like the couch. Three month delay, as its imported I don’t know if COVID is the reason, it was never explained at all. Also when it arrived it didn’t have the otter an, which I am advised they didn’t put on the same boat.

Disappointed with the delivery men that they wouldn’t take the old couch outside.

Comfy chair. Friendly staff. Bought floor item and was a little disappointed they didn’t mark it as sold, so anyone could sit on it as we waited to pick it up.

Staff at the store, distribution centre and delivery guys were fantastic from start to finish. Kept me in the loop the whole way. Love my furniture and couldn’t be happier. Certainly recommend Oz Design Furniture.

So easy to deal with! Such great service from start to finish. The ladies at the Hoppers Crossing store were lovely and the ladies at the distribution center were excellent. Haven’t had customer service like this in awhile. The products I received were excellent value aswell.

OZ Designs is my favourite store and pretty much want to buy everything! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Furniture arrived when they said it would with no delays, even during Covid. Love love love this store!

Easy to find what I was looking for. Great variety of products. Very happy with my purchase. I opted to have the furniture assembled on delivery. The delivery team were very professional and did a great job!

Fantastic service by manager of store. Couldn't do enough to assist us and she knew her products well which made selection so easy. She was very personable and on re-entering the store a week later to purchase something else, she remembered us and addressed us by our names.

Researched on line prior to visiting store so knew what we wanted. Sales assistants were very personable and allowed us plenty of time to work things out and then assisted at the right time. Not much assembly so was easy

The Gordon couch is perfect in every way and the staff went above and beyond when helping me choose a colour as I couldn't visualise just on the colour swatches.
