they were busy. I said hello, sorry to do this to you while you are so busy and before I could finish what I was saying he said we never go across the road people here are crazy turn your ute around and park on other side of the driveway. Once my husband did this he stopped the trolley with the cabinet on it and said has he even taken the other stuff of the back of ute yet. I’ll come back when that’s done. The only thing on the ute was our trolley needed to get the cabinet inside our sons home. I looked at him in dismay at the way we were being spoken to and he dumped the cabinet onto ute and walked away. I said have you had a bad morning he said I’m busy with a massive delivery. I said is that my fault to take out on me and he replied have a nice afternoon in a sarcastic manner. I can’t stop thinking how I did nothing except pick up a furniture item which interrupted 4 mins of his time. We were going to go back into the shop and browse for ourselves but I was too upset. We live local but not going to that store ever again.

Love my Porto side table, exactly the right size and what I was looking for – I first saw what I was looking for on-line and visited the Nunawading store to view it. collected my item 11 weeks later I discovered that unfortunately my request for the middle drawer to be black was not adhered to. It was natural, the same as the rest of the table. This was very disappointing after waiting so long for my order. It was clearly stated on my order that I chose black for the middle drawer. This was also noted twice on the box! I immediately rang the store and was requested to email a photo which I did. I didn't hear back that day so phoned the next morning and put forward a suggestion that I would paint the drawer myself if I received a discount. I thought this was the easiest option. This was agreed to later that day. I am enjoying my Porto side table and am glad I bought it.

We received our recliner lounge within ten days of ordering it. The delivery men were very professional and assisted in placing the lounge in the needed spot. Once the batteries arrived a few weeks later, we had issues connecting them. the cords, which was not easy. He realised that our model did not need two batteries and arranged an immediate refund. We were very pleased with the personal assistance and will certainly return when we need anything else.

store sales people and process very good, delivery very good, product very good, except we got a faulty product (manufacturing fault) and retailers process was a bit lumpy in fixing it, when the right person attended to the problem the correction of fault was very good, but initial contact was slow and not empathetic - fix the person first, then fix the problem Show details

Delays in delivery, expensive and low-quality delivery services – Besides delays in delivery, we had the worst delivery experience compared to other furniture suppliers. They charge $120 for delivery and the service is limited to dumping boxes of furniture at your place. Unpacking and assembly will be the buyer's duty. This was 100% disappointing.

Poor customer service – I’ve bought a dinning table and dining chairs from Oz design Straight away after the delivery I asked for exchange the chairs I was happy to pay for the delivery fee also to reduce some money because they weren’t match with the dining table I sent an email and I came to the store directly but the manager said it’s impossible I’ve never used them it was so disappointing experience

Bought two sofas, seemed good quality but one had two big holes in the backing material. Customer service was great to get a replacement (which unfortunately also had holes in same locations), so organised to get different sofas. Great customer service during this time. Show details ·  1

3 seater and 2 club chairs that allow you to sit up straight and feel really comfortably supported – Product well priced and extremely comfortable. Product was delivered within 2 weeks of order and arrived in good condition.

Bar Stools & Dinning Chairs – The shop was a easy and pleasant experience . We had a change of mind with the colour and ordered a extra chair with no problems. Easy pickup. The Dinning Chairs where no problem to assemble. Bar stools where a nightmare wrong size bolts and missing bolts we had to go and get bolts from Bunnings .
