Ozito PXC 2 X 18V Brushless Steel Deck Kit PXBSDMK-3182 Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: PXBSDMK-3182Hi. Does this mower also operate with Makita 6.0Ah 18V lithium ion bateries? Thank you
Sorry I have no idea
No. All brand have there own battery designs that work only with their tools. You can find adaptors but given the ozito batteries are cheap and last well then its not worth it.
What is the purpose of the dual.battery trays.
It takes two batteries to run because it's a 32 volt system. It will not run on one. It's really decent on run time though.
I was hoping I could load two more batteries.it seems there are docks for four
I havnt really had a good look yet Im purchasing it from a pawn shop for $120..thought I would give it a try I have lots of batteries.all 4.0 amp/hr
2x18 =36 =grunt simply .....it takes two batteries for longer run Ive had one for 2 years no problems ever,,,, only blade takes time to order (6weeks)
Does this mower have one side of the cutting deck that is level with the wheels so you can mow right up to the edge of the lawn so don't need to strim
What mower blade does it use?
Not sure of exact part number, but you can go to the special orders desk at Bunnings and they should be able to order it in. Another option to consider is simply sharpening the old blade if it hasn't been damaged and is just blunt - that's what I've done and it worked a treat.
Can be purchased through the special orders desk via your local Bunnings. Provide Bunnings staff member with part number 300049101926. Double check the right part comes up but it was ozito that gave the part number to me for the blade when I asked them.
Can someone please tell me the actual width of the lawn mower as it needs to fit through our gate?
50 cm across back wheels outside width. Danger danger....Both batteries have started to ooze slightly a thick brown liquid. Bought the outfit one year ago. only light domestic use. use batteries for whipper snipper as well. Waiting for Bunnings to open as usual to see if I can get new batteries which are guaranteed for 3 years. Very very disapointed in this.
How do I get one I can't find it Ozito PXC 2x18v 36V Brushless Steel Deck Mower
The steel deck Ozito mower is a "seasonal item" meaning it is not in stock all year round, but rather appears at the start of summer. If you are outside that time and want one of these, then you may be able to find one if you hunt around different Bunnings stores. If you have, or know someone with, a Powerpass the app can show if the mower is in stock at nearby stores.
what is the power output
Output power is not published. If it helps, the mower flies through lawn of moderate length without hesitation. Once, I had let the lawn grow very long and the mower did begin to struggle a little so I just raised the blade height, and did it twice , with the blade lowered for final cut. I usually use height setting number three. The mower has plenty of grunt, but like most battery mowers, nowhere near the power of a petrol mower. I like the thing.
Does this mower mulch?
No it does not have mulching feature
no
does this model mulch as well as catch
No sir, I do believe older models had a plug you if if could purchase but the guy at bunnings said he couldnt find any info on it. If you want the mulch function i would suggest tge ryobi 36v
no, it does not mulch. Also there is no side throw chute. But I am very happy with it.
How to order or where is dealers
Bunnings. Ozito is a Bunnings brand.
I got mine from Bunnings, I just checked their website and it seems they no longer stock it or maybe there is a new model incoming. Here is a link for a similar mower: external link This is from the Ozito website, if you can't find this specific one at your local Bunnings, try calling Ozito directly to enquire:

Bunnings, but there is no stock left at my local store
Are the wheels fitted with ball bearings and do you get battery’s and a charger. Again, where can you buy the PXC 2 x 18v model?
A charger and 2 batteries are included. From memory there were no bearings in the wheels. I got mine from Bunnings.
sleeve bearings, and for a domestic mower that's probably adequate. Bunnings $350, reduced from $450, and maybe this special is now finished, I dunno. Batteries included, 3 aH x 2 . Motor is 36 volts. One charge mows my average, medium lawns with a bit of charge to spare.
thank you for your answers and help. I think I will talk to Bunnings and see what I can do as I like the look of this mower and most of my tools are Ozito anyway
Is batteries/charger include in price? How long to recharge battery? Length of cutting time from battery?
Not sure if your still in the market but batteries are included as well as charger. Ozito quote it should be able to mow up to 400sqm but I think you would have to go with atleast 4ah batteries, especially if your grass is long.
For reference I mowed 100sqm of 50mm buffalo and it took half the battery
Hi I can't find this product in bunnings. Do you know where can I find it?
How long battery last for cutting? what time it takes to charge battery? Is charger and batteries included in price
Is a battery charger supplied with mower? what is the cutting time of a one time charge? how long to charge a battery
