Flawless operation with no problems – This air con has been reliable ever since new in 2011. I highly recommend Panasonic air conditioners based on my unit. I am worried about parts though if it conks out in the future.

Hi Redally, thank you for the feedback. It's great to hear you are still so happy with your air conditioner after 8 years. Panasonic will hold parts for a reasonable period.

Very Happy with the Panasonic CS/CU-E24LKR – I have been using the Panasonic CS/CU-E24LKR since October 2010, I am very happy with the unit, it has had a lot of use through summer and winter, the heating is great, I have central heating but I prefer the steady heat from the two way throughout the night. It is also the only source of cooling in the house and does the job nicely. I have now purchased the new model Panasonic CS/CU-E24PKR for my new house so I hope it is as good as this older model. The main difference between these models is that the new on has an additional “fan” mode which lets you bring in outside fresh air without using the heating or cooling, which I can’t wait to use, better than opening your windows on a windy day as the aircon will clean the air with all its air purifiers. It has never given a day’s trouble, is sufficient to cool and heat the intended space. It’s not intrusive looking. It has plenty of adjustable features for fan direction and fan speed, the remote control is easy to use. The cleanable filters are great. It is a bit loud, but that is to be expected by a two way (and I prefer the constant air noise of that over the barking dog next door). The blue lights on it are a bit bright at night while trying to sleep, I put some black electrical tape over them.
