How do I remove the seat backs in My Paramount Vogue as the upholstery is breaking down. Can’t seem to find any screws holding the seat backs in place
Have trouble with hot water ..like above worked for 2 days then stopped working on 240v. Have tried again at home to no avail. Only had van for 6 months. Works on gas fine. Any suggestions.?
I have just brought a 2014 Paramount Godfather caravan after my house was destroyed by a tornado. I've never had a caravan before and don't know how to hook it up to water etc. Can I get a manual from anywhere?

Yes - was working fine for almost two weeks as we are stationary at the moment( and of course before that when on 240) and two nights ago no hot water , so tried on gas and still works fine, thanks u for your reply
Carol,, I had the same problem a few years ago,,, was told by one of the many dodgy dealers it would be the circuit board.... On my van (not sure what breed the hot water unit is) But,, on the external face of the unit,,, just under the water pressure 'relief valve',,there is a black plastic cover over the 'thermostats' with two rubber plugs,,,My cover is embossed with the words 'Push To Reset" Turn off your electricity and and carefully push a finger in the rubber plug,,,,, In my case a small "click" could be felt,,, Hey Presto,!! ( took the $380 circuit board back to a cranky dealer for a reluctant refund!! cheers G

Anode has just been replaced - thanks we try the reset button -,gas still working so at least we have hot water many thanks
Our interior lights aren't working but the power points are it is a 2003 signature series
Check all fuses in front boot. We have lost one light by bed that can not be replaced as not made any more. Our caravan is 2013 studio

Wray,,, Its been 2 years since I had similar problem... The caravan sevice people talked me into expensive cicuit board. The problem was fixed by Me and Google by pushing the 'themal overload protection' buttons hidden under black rubber
cover buttons attached to the heater tank,, Try googling the tank manufacturer's 'trouble shooting' guide...cheers G

Sorry don't know anything about a Duet as we have a Studio and the power on/off switch is in the cupboard above the sink.
Has anybody had problems with 2011/12 Classic ensuite 19'6" internal van?
My numerous problems began within one month after possession of van. The lies began from the Dealer refusing to take charge and referring contact to Paramount direct as they do not carry any of the liability themselves. Has anybody had the misfortune to deal with the Paramount Agent in Burpengary Qld. Love to hear from you.
Our outside light by the door broke. Got nowhere with the agent (same one as you) so I rang Paramount themselves and sent info the required. 2 days later I had a replacement at no cost.
Suggest you deal direct with Paramount if you can
Hi Dianne. Have dealt direct with the Paramount Complaints Dept. for warranty items, but when extreme wood rot was discovered in the main timber frame in the van, when it was still under warranty, things changed. The timbers were SO rotten, they could be pulled apart with a fingernail. Never seen anything Like it. Have many photos taken before it was repaired. Everybody ducked for cover, Ensure you have all warranty checks prior to the end of the twelve month period as you will not get any help after this time has elapsed.
