We used the company for my son’s end of lease clean . The lady on the phone was so lovely and worked with us in a small window frame to get it booked in. The lady was extremely thorough and sent photos of any damage to show us what was previously there. It smelt so clean and fresh and looked fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They are very reasonably priced too.

Parker Cleaning did an excellent job. The team was professional, thorough, and surprisingly attentive to the small details - they even folded some of our clothes without being asked. The service was affordable, the communication was smooth, and the whole place looked spotless afterwards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and friendly cleaners.

I've used Parker Cleaning for over 7 years now at various properties and have also referred to many friends and family. The quality of cleaning has declined as well as punctuality but I still continued to use them as they are priced well. But they have just notified me they no longer service my area (Eastern Suburbs) with no notice, which is hard to believe. Disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Started off well – Started off well. Fantastic cleaners, two people for a good hour. These cleaners moved on and it deteriorated from there. One cleaner for less than one hour (which obviously means poorer quality) and times kept changing. Plus they put the price up over 30% with 12 hours notice.

Very unsatisfied – I needed a new cleaner. These people were the first to contact me so I tried them. Three people walked in to my 31 square metre flat. asking them to clean it, the table covering had cat fur on it and was not cleaned after I asked them to clean it before hand. I complained to the manager. The cleaners came back and cleaned what was not cleaned. The Manager said the cleaner had only just started with them. This is a lie because there were three of them I let in. Very disappointing. Would never recommend them.

We are very happy with Parker cleaning The cleaners are so efficient and bring their own equipment and products. They have insurance cover and we feel confident for them to clean in our absence. The management is very professional and keeps in touch

Mary and May came and did an amazing job, you could see from the start that they cared about every aspect of the service and went over and beyond what was required. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us today and look forward to having them back

As long as you’re clear with your expectations, Parker’s cleaning services do a good job. My current cleaner, Jaffa does an amazing job and treats the cleaning as if it were her own home. Because of Jaffa, I’ve rated the cleaning service with a 5Star.

Stress free bond clean at fair price – Great experience with them. Needed a bond clean, they provided an in person quote for no extra charge, ensuring no issues with additional charges day of. They also provided a very fair quote (considerably less than the one provided by the REAs default cleaner). They were communicative throughout and cleaned to perfection with full bond back.
