Parker Cleaning

This was the worst and most badly organised cleaning service I have ever had. A waste of time and money. The original cleaner they sent was great but she only came twice. The team they sent to replace her barely did any cleaning - they just tried to make it look as though the cleaning had been done. It took many messages back and forth to arrange each appointment - with plans changing all the time. I am genuinely surprised by the good reviews.

Mary and May came and did an amazing job, you could see from the start that they cared about every aspect of the service and went over and beyond what was required. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us today and look forward to having them back

As long as you’re clear with your expectations, Parker’s cleaning services do a good job. My current cleaner, Jaffa does an amazing job and treats the cleaning as if it were her own home. Because of Jaffa, I’ve rated the cleaning service with a 5Star.

They were great! Very efficient, quick, and did a very thorough job of cleaning our apartment. I would call them again!

I've used Parker Cleaning for over 7 years now at various properties and have also referred to many friends and family. The quality of cleaning has declined as well as punctuality but I still continued to use them as they are priced well. But they have just notified me they no longer service my area (Eastern Suburbs) with no notice, which is hard to believe. Disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Wouldn't use them ever again – 1. Very dirty cleaning. 2. We caught them on camera once sitting on our couch and eating.

Started off well – Started off well. Fantastic cleaners, two people for a good hour. These cleaners moved on and it deteriorated from there. One cleaner for less than one hour (which obviously means poorer quality) and times kept changing. Plus they put the price up over 30% with 12 hours notice.

We’ve been using Parker Cleaning for our office cleaning for the past three years and have always been extremely happy with their service. They are reliable, professional and consistently do a great job. Highly recommend Parker Cleaning to anyone looking for a dependable commercial cleaning service.

We are very happy with Parker cleaning The cleaners are so efficient and bring their own equipment and products. They have insurance cover and we feel confident for them to clean in our absence. The management is very professional and keeps in touch

We used the company for my son’s end of lease clean . The lady on the phone was so lovely and worked with us in a small window frame to get it booked in. The lady was extremely thorough and sent photos of any damage to show us what was previously there. It smelt so clean and fresh and looked fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They are very reasonably priced too.

Job well done! Quote was quick response, clean was great and they’re nice people too.

We have used quite a few different cleaning companies over the years, but our recent experience with Parker Cleaning has been fabulous. They clean the way you would want to, if you had the time to do so. Attention to detail, everything sparkling and clean, and they take the time each week to clean something you never thought needed it. I have,… Read more

and will continue to recommend Parker cleaning if you want your home to be cleaned with care and efficiency.

Parker Cleaning did an excellent job. The team was professional, thorough, and surprisingly attentive to the small details - they even folded some of our clothes without being asked. The service was affordable, the communication was smooth, and the whole place looked spotless afterwards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and friendly cleaners.

Jaffa is the best cleaner I have had. She is thorough and very clean. Keep up the good work!

Professional, flexible, good price and excellent cleaning. I will use them again.

Excellent service and completion. Very professional and efficient. My Unit is squeaky clean!

The cleaners who came were excellent! Worked hard and did a great job. Organising the booking was not always straight forward with some language misunderstanding. I would use again!

Fantastic service, very reliable and always a beautiful finish, thankyou Parker cleaning

Efficient cleaning of family home – We needed help to clean the house as we have 4 kids. We didn’t need to provide any material or products. Everything was cleaned as discussed extremely efficiently and quickly. The service is very professional and very good value for money.

Outstanding cleaning service - Park cleaning – Parker Cleaning is an excellent company with a team of skilled and professional cleaners. I’ve tried many cleaning services before, but Parker Cleaning stands out as the best by far.
