Communication was great at the start and then as the loan process went on this dropped off. If communication had been better throughout the process I would have recommended them. Applying for a home loan is stressful and you shouldn’t be the ones following up the broker.

Unprofessional accusations – I was accused of being a "fellow broker" who was trying to "secretly shop" them (quite literally sent me a passive-aggressive text message after the call), just because I wanted to compare their home-loan rates against those I found online to find the best offer. Show details
