Another person scammed – Bought three pairs of shoes, received none and won't be receiving anything as: paulwarehouseoutlet.com.au is a fake site...... I have reported this to the bank - they aren't being helpful I have reported this to ACCC - scam watch. But there isn't much that they can do. Be warned

Total scam – Bought a pair of ASICS runners. Tracking said they were delivered, but to an address in America. Currently under dispute with my bank (has been for 4 months, still not settled!). No response from company when tried to contact them. Lesson learned - if the price seems too good to be true, then it probably is.

Ripped off PayPal no help either – Purchased a pair of shoes from Paul's Warehouse through PayPal and received socks. Reported that to PayPal and they go in favour of the seller due to they have proof of sending a item not shoes but socks. Unreal obviously PayPal know what's going on but choose to do nothing. SCAM..no refund from PayPal – Site looked great, excellent prices....but I received a pair of socks instead of runners. As paypal have tracking they will not reimburse. Am fighting again to get my money back.

Scam Site, no Paypal refund! – Paypal have decided against me despite this being a scam website and no order recieved. I am fighting it and can't believe that I'm not insured against this fake activity despite the website being closed down and all the bad reviews for it. Shame on you Paypal.

Well disguised scam – I wish I’d seen these reviews earlier. Usually I can spot a site that looks a bit dodgy but this website looked so authentic so I spent over $300 on Christmas gifts which never arrived. Will try and get a refund through the bank but not feeling hopeful.

Paul's Warehouse online does not exist – SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Beware the website is definitely a scam. I ordered two pairs of ASCIS worth $152 and instead receive a pair of horrible socks worth $2. Why are they allowed to do this?

SCAM! do not purchase from – Purchased shoes 3 weeks ago, was sent tracking number with US address. What a huge waste of $300. They do not respond to any contact. PayPal wasn't available at the time, so I used credit card, will be unlikely to recoup money :/

It is a scam – It is a scam, you will never receive your order and everything is fake, they use a pets company. All fake fake fake , very dishonest and they just using the name to scam people.

Rubbish rip off scam – Got sucked into this website without reading reviews first. notice and called my credit card to cancel the payment. I raised flag to Pauls for an explanation by submitting an online query such as this one. But nobody got back to me.

After cancelling, I have received a scarf from China yesterday with the same tracking ID that the order was placed. When I disputed my credit card company, they had an investigation and gave my money back but due to fraudulent they also had to cancel my card. It was a big hassle when I gotta change all the direct debit made to that card.

Scam, Fraud whatever you say; Pauls Warehouse needs to be completely wipe out from Australia.

After 2 months wrong item sent. They expect me to accept that – After 2 months of waiting for $147 of shoes, they sent Rayban plastic glasses which I can't use or even gift. Luckily could get them reply but all they wanted me to accept the item or only 45% refund. I thought I was buying in oz but turned out not in oz. Dodgy as. Worst ever. hit with a fee for the purchase from my bank. I am appalled. I will be contacting my bank and getting the transaction cancelled and the fee reimbursed. In these COVID times money is tight and I am out of pocket the whole amount and no shoes - makes them very exy given they don't exist. Do not order anything off this shonky company.

It’s not an online store if you can’t transact on it – Cannot process orders Cannot amend or delete orders, they just sit on your account “pending” Cannot read or reply to emails. Honestly no point having a website if it’s not functional. It’s the worst ‘online store’ I’ve ever come across.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Wasted $130 – Absolute scam. I tried buying shoes for my son and wasted $130 and never got it back. Shoes never Came and so annoyed.
