Rubbish – I pay good money for things I buy do not work and they refuse to answer me

They dont help evrybody – I was needing help as some stray cats have made themselfs at home on my.property i asked if they could help me with takingthe kittens in they refused all because i gave some kittens away to good homes thinking that was raking stress off there backs ,i dont know why they wouldnt take the remaining kittens but yeah naaaah i dont reccomend these poeple at all actualls all the cat rescue people are not any help at all Show details

Great service. Staff on hand to answer questions. What more could you want? – I've had great service from ordering, getting advice about food for my particular breed of dogs, and fast delivery. I'm happy.

Fantastic!!!! Love Paws for LIfe – Prompt delivery, I can't find a cheaper price anywhere. The products are exactly the same as in store and the auto delivery is great as I don't have to remember to go out and get the products myself.

What's changed? – I've been using Paws for life for a few years with good service, my latest standing order seems to have disappeared. Tracking information says it was delivered to an agent on 12 / 02 / 2015, but I have not received it yet. considerably. Prior to the name change my only complaint was that Paws did not stock Propantel (All Wormer) and I did not want to ween my dogs off this (now aged 10 and 6 yrs). Not a bother, I just bought this product from another on line store. Customer service very good. My other complaint was that my delivery turned up while I was on holiday (with my dogs) after being reassured that this delivery would be changed. All in all, I will stay with Pet Circle as it still offers convenience. I will continue to shop online as I do not have human tolerance.

New name petcircle are terrible – Have always had great service, cheaper prices and delivered within 3days But now with new name petcircle they are so bad.. I paid $174 for dog items on 8 nov 2014 and received part order on 22nov and now 2dec and still waiting for second part of order!! Poor Delivery – Ordered cat litter and received email confirming order and would be shipped soon. Waited, when the 2-3 day delivery timeframe had passed I phoned and was informed they were out of stock of that product in the warehouse!!! Not sure when they were going to inform me of this... Maybe on the website they should say, "out of stock" .. Cancelled order and will use petshop in future.

No- not the cheapest – Sorry folk, but have just scanned heaps of your listed stock here, and every single item is cheaper at our local suburban pet shop - plus need delivery cost on yours - maybe helpful for people who don't have access to a decent pet store perhaps, or have $$, or are time poor, or just lazy !! Excellent value and service – I have been buying product for my dogs and cats from Paws for Life for over a year. I have found them helpful, reasonably priced and reliable. I highly recommend them. There prices are consistently cheaper than local pet outlets in my area. The delivery costs are exceptionally cheap. Their customer Service team are top notch. Super reliable and deliver exceptional customer service.

Used to be good, but not anymore – I ordered regularly from this shop, but my last order turned me off. They used to provide good products, properly packed, and fairly priced too. which got torn and contents were all over the box, and my floor, and the cans.

Then opened the other box, realised I got a short dated product. This part is not totally their fault, more the fault of the supplier overseas. However they were reluctant to resolve the matter. I asked for a refund, which they asked for $20 restocking fee. After phoning back and forth, finally got what I asked for which is an exchange, after refund was refused. However they charged me shipping cost again, without informing me, and after I made sure I'm not paying extra (to me this means shipping and restocking fee - obviously not to them).

I let this go as I couldn't be bothered calling them anymore, and it's not much, considering they let me get the exchange, even after their reluctancy.

The whole charade took too long to resolve, turned me off of dealing with them again, and I had to buy dog food from Coles to wait for the new product to arrive.

They weren't too bad with the other case of torn packaging, replaced it with a new one, despite asking for the photos twice (first one was not clear enough for them).

However, I then realised the canned food were also not too great. Some of them are dented, and I can't be bothered to call them again, just threw them out.

In conclusion, I think I need to find a new shop when food runs out, or start cooking more often for my dog.

Bad packaging, reluctant customer service. And beware people don't buy Artemis dog food they are short dated from the supplier. I read a complaint made by somebody at a forum about this. The Australian retailers just don't care in general.

The product was OK, but don't give them your email address unless you enjoy receiving junk mail over long periods of time.

Dodgy Dealings – Ordered a dog jacket which came a few days later. Then a week later they send another one out and charged it to my paypal. I then asked them why and they said I asked for it to be delivered on a weekly basis ?? What ? I never asked to buy a new jacket on a weekly basis ? Who does this ? Don't Buy from paws – I'm supprised that they received a few five stars, this is one company that certainly does not deserve a five star rating. My ordering experience was terrible, I even gave them the benefit of the doubt (bad decision) and purchased another product. I found a much better alternative , my experience with the petshopboyz was a lot better.

Friday and by 8:30am on Monday it was sitting exactly where I'd instructed the courier leave it. Brilliant. Prices are good and so far, things have been great. Makes my life a lot easier. Price, delivery speed.

follow up. I received an email to apologise for the delay due to waiting on the manufacturer to answer their questions, further emails to answer my questions and more information from the CEO who passed on the email from the manufactures vet. All very useful.

On the 3rd business day after my order, I called Paws and was appalled to find that my order wasn't despatched! The reason for that was that 1 out of the 3 bags was out of stock! I'd expect Paws to give me a call regarding this rather than waiting for me to make contact. I was utterly disappointed by this aspect of the service as I had about half a bag of my old pet food left to introduce the new food. As it was the Easter long weekend, I was told that I'd only be informed about the availability of the 1 bag on Wednesday (NOT Tues). In view of this, I told the customer service officer (CSO) that I'd like to have my 2 bags delivered first. She advised me that it would only arrive in Melbourne on Tuesday or Wedesday, which was fine, given the desperate circumstances. I had to buy another bag of dog food so that my pup won't starve during the long weekend.

However, on Tuesday, I still hadn't received my package. I made another call again and only to find that my order wasn't despatched, yet again! Reason this time? Though there was a note left to despatch my order, no one had gotten down to it! It was only then that the CSO sent my order. Alas! Shortly after, I received a call from PAWS again (?!), informing me that she couldn't find 1 out of the 2 bags in the warehouse, even though in the system (AND ONLINE!), there should be stock available! I was totally infuriated! She advised that I could have the 1 bag that's left delivered first and the other 2 later on this week and that she'd offer me cans of Canidae wet food as apologies. I received 1 bag yesterday but the cans of wet food promised were nowhere in sight. Never mind all this. All I pray is that after such a long wait (from 20/3/13 to 4/4), I hope I'd get all my remaining bag eventually!

Paws For Life, you promise really great prices, but please do update your website regularly so that consumers like me are better informed about the availability of your stock. Right now, your website is not accurate! I should have trusted reviews on productreview.com.au! I'd look at Melbourne retailers instead!

What this tells me is that no package was sent and they are not professional enough to take responsibility for their error. I'm very glad I paid with PayPal. Do Not Use This Service! – I agree whole heartedly with the previous post! The service from this company seemed to food to be true....and it was. My first few orders were delayed due to missing products and the most recent one has not even turned up at all. Despite promises made by their team to redeliver the same day this never eventuated.

Don't Bother – Promises Promises, I think the first order was on time. After that when I ordered cat litter and worm\flea treatments, the order was held up as the worm\flea treatments were not in stock, I called and they made promise after pomise to deliver, my cats were using paper shreddings from the shredder at work as emergency litter as a result. Noth worth the "promised" discount. Save yourself the shipping $$ and the false promises and go to Petbarn.
