becoming increasingly rare and really sets them apart from other providers. The speeds provided on my plan are consistently reliable and remain close to the advertised rates, with very little fluctuation.

The connection is great. I would say that over a year I may had had 2 dropouts. It is good to see a local company growing. At the same time it would be good if the response to queries or questions were answered in a timely manner as they were at the start. A big plus is local support and the speeds are pretty good.

These guys are fricken awesome, on the ball and very helpfull, the service is really good to, highly recommend, after useing belong for years, I wish I changed sooner. Show reply

I am absolutely appalled at the toxic culture Pentanet takes towards it's customers. I attempted to access the Nexus network but was told it would take around 6 months to roll out to my area, but that if I churned to their standard NBN, I could lock in the lifetime rate. them and take on that offer. 2 years later, still no access to Nexus, so I went looking for a better deal, which I found on Superloop. I was churned 7 days into the new billing cycle and requested a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the month, which is standard practice for every other ISP I have dealt with. Despite this history and not having provided 3/4 of a month of service, Pentanet denied my request based on 'policy'. This is pure theft. Be warned, this company is just a cash grab.

We have been having continual outtages wih Pentanet for the last 4 months. They replaced the modem without avail and have basically been going around in circles with their technical support. Terrible service – I used Pentanet’s NBN service and was highly disappointed. Their support was slow and unhelpful, and they slapped me with hidden fees when I changed my address. into a contract and then you're stuck with them, like it or not. Pentanet have NEVER let me down, EVER. Please do yourself a favour, DO NOT renew your contract until you try Pentanet .... trust me ..... You won't be sorry.

customer service I‘ve received during the switch was top quality. They were very friendly, professional, efficient - basically making sure that I was looked after from start to finish. I cannot fault PentaNet and have recommended my friends to switch. 200 hours and counting on Hitman. Need that stable internet to finish my online missions and be crowned Silent Assassin‘s top 10 global chart.

Outstanding service from Pentanet. Their speed, reliability, and local support have always been great, but their customer service truly sets them apart. When no other provider was able to help upgrade my connection from FTTN to FTTP, Pentanet stepped up and found a solution. They took on a challenge others wouldn’t, and I’m incredibly grateful for the effort and professionalism they showed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

And the biggest PLUS ++++ is that it’s a local company, and you gets to speak to knowledgeable AUSTRALIANS on the other end of the phone line.

paying a LOT OF MONEY FOR each month. Support is also shocking as they are only open office hour, and when you work full time that's difficult to deal with, especially when your on hold for an hour to get through. When you do eventually get to speak to someone they go through the same questions and sequence that they actually blame your own internal equipment and never their equipment, and then the day after, without any changes the system seams to work perfectly for a couple of day only though and then back to the same issues - I DO NOT RECOMMEND PENTANET AT ALL - MATT.

my 1 year was up, I switched back to Pentanet. BIG MISTAKE! I immediately started having issues streaming on Kayo, but everything else seemed ok so I persevered with this irritation. 6 months later, the price increased and I decided that I wanted to go back to Aussie BB. Pentanet came back to me and said I would have to pay for the full month even though I am not using their service anymore, and $120 in cancellation fees. Absolutely disgusting. Aussie didn't charge me a cent when I left to come back to Pentanet and I didn't have to pay a full billing cycle. Pentanet is not what they used to be. Their customer service is garbage and they only care about money.
