my 1 year was up, I switched back to Pentanet. BIG MISTAKE! I immediately started having issues streaming on Kayo, but everything else seemed ok so I persevered with this irritation. 6 months later, the price increased and I decided that I wanted to go back to Aussie BB. Pentanet came back to me and said I would have to pay for the full month even though I am not using their service anymore, and $120 in cancellation fees. Absolutely disgusting. Aussie didn't charge me a cent when I left to come back to Pentanet and I didn't have to pay a full billing cycle. Pentanet is not what they used to be. Their customer service is garbage and they only care about money.

Very unsatisified – I had months of inferior service. dropping out consistently, NBN was ruled out. say, I then switched internet providers. It just wasn't worth it to continually have to waste my time and money dealing with them for inferior service. I'm amazed in this day and age with them being a local company , customers just aren't worth them arranging someone to personally address the problem. i.e. do a site visit, etc. Especially at over $100 per month charge. Also they refused to waive the remaining balance I owed for terminating the contract early. If only they would have realized I would have been a long-time customer if they had just given a decent attempt at fixing my issues.

everything went totally south with these guys, and I changed the internet over from one place to another then all hell broke loose as the new place was on Fibre to the Node and what a Joke that is cause its Copper and its the Technology the Rudd Labor Government was trying to get rid of for FTTP!!! So I've been complaining like hell and I asked for a technician to be booked but was Denied several times for no reason and was Corporately Bullied and treated like a piece of dirt plus went into see them 3 times in their office and spent hours on the phone to them for no result and just to screwed around and my technology was even blamed several times as the problem which simply wasn't True as it was the Out of Date Copper Lines coming from the NBN Node that was the problem so i even asked Pentanet for the Free NBN FTTN to FTTP Upgrade that's Currently Happening and was Denied for that aswell WHAT are these guys Kidding me!!! and even the TIO has said they were a Nightmare to deal with NOW THATS SO WRONG!!! I'm so sick of these companies getting away with murder and treating us as the customer so badly and getting away with it, it's got to stop already cause it's so not cool!!!! Worst internet service ever – We shift internet services for pentanet. First week we got an issue with the wifi coverage as it was not covering the whole house. The agent proposed to add a mesh router and we did it. After 2 days one of the routers stopped working. Now they sent us instruction to switch off the router and did not work. "In regards to the service itself, it is being delivered and from my understanding this is purely an issue with the one device that was reset by yourself, unprompted.
