touched, cobwebs still on the ceiling. They send the cleaners back to finish the job for free and still didn't complete the job. Absolute scammers - pay by the hour so they go so slowly they don't get anything done. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

next day. Hours before txt me to say no one can come. I should have asked for refund and give up but I didn’t. The reschedule time was today. I rang 2 hours before to make sure they are coming. Confirmed. Then 45 min before scheduled clean, I was driving back from rural area and missed a call. Suspect might be them. Rang back 3 x and no pick up . Sure enough at the scheduled time, no one turned up. I give up on them. The only saving grace is that the girl just agreed to take down my account details to refund me. It remains to be seen that I am refunded at this stage.

Hard Working Cleaners – The house just needed a spruce up after a bit. I kept the general things clean and kept up with most of the maintenance but really a deep clean was necessary. Won’t recommend domestic cleaning – We only hired them for 4 hours ( 2 ppl x 2 hours) in a 2x1 small unit for domestic cleaning. Not to mention some spots were still dusty and obviously the wall wasn’t wiped down at all, but they claimed they did. So they needed to do that again after being asked. Appalling – Do not use this cleaning service. My tenants booked them and in the T & Cs it says they can’t leave a negative review. Speaks volumes about the company! oven, range hood, draws and cupboards not cleaned, finger marks and even a dirty bowl of water left as hadn’t bothered to empty sink. Cannot think what they were doing for 10 hours and Perth Home Cleaners wouldn’t refund money. Exploiting young tenants trying to do the right thing is unforgivable. Shame on you.

Great business! – This cleaning service does an excellent job, normally I would not give a score of 5 however they are good and while they keep up the service they give me now I'm very happy.

Well organised service – I run a small business from home and so my place needs to be clean. I have used Perth home cleaners for two years now and they keep my place nice and clean.

Best value for money! – I live in the country. So when I sold my Perth property I couldn't do the clearing and cleaning myself. I trusted PHC to do a deep clean from ceiling washing to tile grout scrubbing, windows, walls and cupboards. The buyers were thrilled with the before and after difference to the house. Do NOT use them – After showing up extremely late for an end of lease clean with no heads up, they tried to get an extra 6 hours cleaning on top of the 6 hours I had already agreed for a small 2x2 apartment. only do half the job, I received a message from my property manager advising me that is exactly what they did. They did not even bother to wipe out the cupboards! The coordinator even agreed the time was excessive but it was due to the condition of the property. The apartment is cleaned weekly and has only ever had excellent feedback from each quarterly property inspection - it was an outright lie and excuse to try to extort me. I’m left in a position where I need to go back and finish the absolutely appalling job they have half-done. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company - they are an unprofessional and unethical business that should not be operating.

Unprofessional, money oriented, poor quality – Booked this company for an end of lease clean, was told it would take 10 hours (2 cleaners, 5 hours each) for a 2/2 apartment which was already mostly cleaned by myself, my real estate company sent me though a file containing various pictures of the poor quality cleaning that was done, when I asked the cleaners to return and amend the cleaning… Read more

that had not been done they stated they would only come back if paid to do so (eventually offered to lower their hourly rate to come back to $27ph instead of $40) but still refused to finish the job I paid for, even though their website raves about their cleaning standards and guarantee of bond being returned when using their service (which is not true, they’ve barely cleaned a thing) I sent the cleaners the pictures supplied by my real estate which they went on to say that they believe the house is “extremely clean” and that they only worked the hours I booked them for, when I never actually asked for a certain amount of time, I asked for a full end of lease clean and stated I didn’t care how long it took, they told me how long it would take, I was never contacted about needing more time for the job to be properly completed (although I don’t see how 2 people couldn’t get an empty place clean in 5 hours?)

Avoid them at all costs, they’ve been nothing but argumentative and difficult, resulting in me wasting time amending the things they were incapable of doing and losing money on my bond due to their negligence.

Great last minute job – I emailed on a Friday to ask if I could get some cleaning done the next day. They did it for a good price, arrived on time & did a great job. Was so happy that I didn’t have the additional stress of cleaning just days away from Christmas.

Magicians!! – I hired 2 cleaners for 2 days. Happy people. It went from looking like an abandoned house to a family home, I'm not exaggerating. The walls especially came up like new. Another company charged extra for each wall although this company they were included. Hard workers. Would DEFINITELY use again and recommend to anybody looking for efficiency.

Excellent service – I got my house cleaned on the 21st of August 2020. This was for my 3 monthly clean. The quality of clean was amazing. I was so happy with how much attention to detail the clean was. The two ladies who cleaned my house on that day was phenomenal. I will use this service again!

Terrible! Do not recommend at all! – Several items were missed on a tenancy vacating clean. 1. Marks left on the carpet 2. Shower had soap scum not removed at all on wall and mould still present on all the grout. 3. Kitchen range hood had not been cleaned on the top or grills cleaned. Completely covered in oil. 4. Drains in the laundry and kitchen not cleaned. 6. Tracks in two rooms were not cleaned.

When asked to return to clean these items and redo the carpet, we were stuffed around with several delay tactics of back-and-forwarding emails and they wanted to charge an extra $100 to fix their mistakes. It ended up being too late to get them back, as new tenants were moving in. It was evident they did not want to come back to rectify their mistakes. The clean was meant to be a thorough vacating clean at $421 for a small unit.

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical.
