Ordered three bags of chicken pellets. One was cancelled as they only had two. 5 days later one was delivered. Petbarn didn’t automatically refund. week. Refund will be 3-4 days. No offer of a voucher. Nothing. I got a sorry, but that doesn’t feed my chickens.

Up there as one of the worst online ordering systems / experiences I order veterinary diet food for my cats via Petbarn - they sent the wrong item (wet food instead of dry) on a repeat order. reordered the correct food got the wrong food again. Was told to leave the wrong order out and they'll replace but instead they just took the wrong order and replaced with nothing.

Still waiting. Been almost a week. Half a dozen emails and three calls to support. The humans are nice when you get to speak to them - the digital systems are completely broken.

Great service – As I am pretty much housebound I shop on line for my two cats. Petbarn has been my go to shop for 4 yrs now. I love the free delivery within 2hours and it is always spot on. Can not recommend them more highly. When I have managed to shop in store, staff are always helpful and friendly.

pleasant either, they said if I get the order I'll need to return it which means I'll need to take time off work to do so. Also they have the puppy and kitten club, they supposed to provide a welcome pack but nothing has come of that either, very disappointed

a trolley to collect a heavy parcel which defeats the purpose of the convenience of regular online deliveries. Our parcels are always left by our front door which is behind a brick wall and under cover. I used to order thru another online pet food company who use a different carrier so unfortunately it seems I will have to change and Petbarn will lose a customer.

EDIT: Petbarn told me that Australia Post could have left the parcel in a safe place but Australia Post said it required a signature. Seems there’s miscommunication.

didn't exist. After we insisted she check the back, her story changed to the items being "out of stock," despite the confirmation email. She only backed down when we showed her the digital receipt. This is the second time this has happened (previously at their Thomastown store). It feels like a deliberate tactic to lure customers into the store only to tell them the items are unavailable, hoping they'll buy an alternative instead. Very dishonest business practice. Save yourself the trip and shop elsewhere.

Gosh we are impressed. Ordered our dog's usual treats yesterday and they arrived today and we're 100kms away from the delivery store. My delivery was dispatched in two deliveries and each delivery had an incorrect item in it. However, Petbarn was very good. absolute nightmare searching mission because they had zero commonsense and kept missing my unit I think they went round the block four times and I had to basically flag her down and she passed me package through the window it's was really bad. Never had a driver of any kind get confused about my address before so I dont know anyway.

Delivery was done about 1 hour after order was placed (selected 2 hr delivery). Please note this purchase was done on a Sunday so I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until the next day. Amazing service and thanks to the Uber driver too

Such a convenient way to buy my dog food. Ordered 2 x 13 kg bags of dry food online and they were delivered 2 hours later to my door. The food was on special hence the 2 bags and I saved just over $150.00. What a great service, free delivery to your door within 2 hours of ordering and a huge saving on high quality dog food. Thank you Pet Barn, loving it, so are my two springers :)
