I was told about buying greenies for my dogs teeth. I did my homework and looked to see who had it for the best price. I found that pet barn and another company had similar price as pet barn had them on special. I put my order through pet barn as I had a special for free delivery and when I did the price for the biscuit went back to full price. I have contact them about this and I have not received a reply yet.

Update: Since posting I have received a call from [name removed] who advised that a breakdown in communication meant that she had not been alerted of this issue. Of course the time I spent on the phone, the worry and the frustration can not be undone and I understand that mistakes happen. All I can say is that since the issue has been passed on to [name removed] she has done everything she can to make this right including compensation for my time and a genuine apology. It's been hugely appreciated. As such, I have updated my review to show thre...e stars as I feel this is a fair middle ground between my initial one star experience and the fantastic customer service from [name removed] since. ____________________________________________________ Over the last 24 hours I have spent 2 hours and 19 minutes on the phone to your customer service to attempt to resolve a mistake made by your company. I have a gravely unwell dog who has just been prescribed a very specific food that we’re hoping he will be able to tolerate. As a result of his illness, he is dangerously underweight and barely has enough strength to stand. This food isn’t available anywhere locally, so I ordered it from Petbarn and upon receiving my order I have been sent a completely different product. I called immediately and was told they could post the correct item out but it would take another three or four days. I genuinely don’t believe my dog can wait that long, my wife and I feel like we are watching him starve to death. I explained this and suggested everything I could think of to have the product replaced within the next 24 hours. I suggested I drive an hour and a half to pick the product up from the distribution centre but was told I’m not allowed on site for safety reasons. I suggested one of the staff at the distribution centre carry the product to the kerb and was told staff aren’t allowed off site for safety reasons. I suggested I pay for a courier to do a same day pick up and was told the person I was speaking to couldn’t authorise this. I asked to speak to a supervisor [name removed] who could approve this, but was advised she was in a meeting and would call me back within the next half hour. An hour later I called back and was still unable to speak to a supervisor or establish a resolution. The pattern has repeated since. I am promised a call back from [name removed] the supervisor, it doesn’t happen and when I call she is in a meeting, unable to come to the phone and no one else can authorise anything. Today I suggested that if [name removed] was too busy perhaps I could speak to her supervisor and was told that for that to happen they would have to send an email request and couldn’t advise when I might hear back. Finally, I decided it would be faster for me to drive the 2 and a half hours to the next closest supplier stocking the item and asked for a refund but was told this couldn’t happen because this morning they has reposted the new product, despite me being told yesterday that today I would hear from a supervisor to arrange a way for me to collect the item today. I asked the customer service person I was speaking to what they would do in my shoes, desperate to get their dog something they can tolerate eating before they literally waste away in front of me and I literally begged for them to work with me in finding a solution, no matter the expense or inconvenience to me. The response was that their hands were tied and they don’t know what I should do. If not for a careless mistake on the part of a Petbarn employee, this wouldn’t be an issue but I understand mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is why no one is willing to work with me on finding a resolution, and why I am unable to speak to anyone capable of authorising any course of action. I am going to be posting this everywhere relevant I can find, until someone capable of fixing this contacts me.

Found some stimulating and sturdy toys that have kept by pup engrossed and happy. He also loves, loves loves the healthy chicken treats. I was both impressed and grateful for the help provided through pop-up chat to assist my decision. The website is easy to navigate and and the advice from the assistant was accurate.

I ordered a big bag of dog food with same-day delivery and it arrived within 2 hours! It was super easy to find what I needed on the website and the checkout process was really easy. I can't fault my experience at all and will absolutely be shopping with Petbarn online again!

Can’t fault this service
Although I placed my online order well after the 4pm cutoff time for same day delivery, it still arrived an hour later, very happy!
Only miss-step was the bonus gift never arrived as it was out of stock for my suburb.

Dog and flea worming
Delivered very quickly which was fantastic as my puppy got a bush tick while camping and needed them as soon as possible. Great product as the tick was gone by the morning.

Bought online with the promise of same day (or next day delivery as I ordered later in the day). Why would you give this to APost to deliver? Don't even mention it on your website if you can't do it. Why did it come from the Clayton store? nowhere near me....Hopeless....
Hungry Hounds Happy
I needed to get a large bag of dry dog food for our three pugs. I am currently injured and cannot lift bags of kibble. Being able to order and have the food delivered so quickly was a complete blessing. The pugs are also delighted

I ordered twice same order last night and changed delivery address to my sister in Mandurah as she takes care of my dog when I'm away. To date she has not received my puppys food or shampoo...I'm not sure what has happened to the deliveries???
