have never done this, that he will only match individual packs, and that either I was wrong or the previous staff members who served were wrong, every one of them over the last five years, as well as the staff at other pet barn outlets the couple of times I went to those.

All this despite 48 packs being a standard way of selling Royal Canin cat food, and being the way Petbarn's own website sells and packages the food.

The man serving me was also not very polite. Since I needed the food, I paid the higher price, but I have no intention of going back. The only reason that Petbarn is affordable is because they price match, and if they are going to arbitrarily change their policy and then rudely tell me that I am just going to have to pay a higher price or leave, then I am not going back. I finally decided to set up auto delivery with a competitor.

I do not recommend shopping at Petbarn since at least some of their staff will tell you that you are the problem when they change their policy; and it is not worth it if they will only price match individual packs, since the competition will always be cheaper, and sometimes even their own website will be cheaper.

Every single time we have booked our dog for a grooming there has been a reason why they couldn’t do the booked time. Most of the time we then have to leave the dog there all day which leaves him very stressed. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming and helpful with any queries. They will help me to my car with any of the larger orders. Guy and the staff at Narre Warren make this a good store to visit for my pet supplies. Show details

Disappointed with our first experience at Petbarn Robina after signing up for puppy classes. After the inaugural class last Saturday, we purchased several products, including two toys. noted toys “aren’t designed for chewing or pulling,” despite the clear manufacturing defect. She then checked my account and claimed no record of the purchase – not at Robina or any Petbarn store. This implied I was scamming them, leaving me feeling humiliated and unwelcome.

We promptly left, abandoned the remaining puppy classes, and won’t return to Petbarn. Expect better from a pet-focused retailer: accurate records, empathetic returns for defects, and staff training on customer service.

Pet owners deserve respect – fix the systems & attitude

Petbarn ferntree gully never take a puppy there for puppy school. Never being so disturbed on how they treat the dog and owner. Will not be shopping there ever again.

I ordered online for delivery, an advocate "Fleas, heartworm & worms treatment for cats" from my local Petbarn. The order was delivered to my door within 30 minutes of placing the order. I was very impressed with the fast response and quick delivery of my order, and the professionalism of the delivery driver. A great job all round!!

I ordered cat food on Tuesday morning and received it at noon two days later at my AusPost red locker. Petbarn always sends notifications so you know exactly what's going on. I love their service.

I ordered something incorrectly online and attended Chirnside Park store TWICE. to fix my continual error and the girls were very friendly and helpful. And they didn’t make me feel completely idiotic for taking three goes to get the right product ;)

Placed an order on line. As it was over $100 I got free delivery, products were delivered to my door within 1/2 an hour of placing order. Can't get much better than that.

attentive. Apart from obviously having a good team, it showcases the importance of good management -- that kind of elusive "trickle down" effect where they all feel valued. The result is that customers feel it too. Kai is an absolute treasure, and I hope the company sees that in her. I'm sure they must. I'm writing this for the simple reason that I think good people deserve glowing reviews -- it's too easy to only make reviews of negative experiences. I have now been going (back) to PetBarn in Katoomba for about a year now, and it is a showcase of how a business like this should be run. Well done!

Now, I work in retail and totally understand not having someone stood at the register waiting for customers BUT let's keep an eye out for customers and then at least serve the next customer waiting!! For reference I left your store and went to Autobarn next door and the lady there came over as I entered the store and greeted me asking if I needed any help, they had more customers and could manage!!!

office and asked his manager and came back with the answer that they would both do the job. I was not prepared to buy one without more information. I went to a Petstock store and got the information and bought the battery model at a cheaper price than Petbarn. I had to go back as the Wahl operating directions were not complete and I was referred to a manager who knew the answer. Petstock now has a new customer!

Pet Barn Rosebery started off well. The staff are lovely, but the product range especially with treats has dwindled. Not enough Airdried treats and Ziwi peak seems to have stopped stocking all together. East Village PetCircle is soo much better for dog treats & variety to choose from especially for small dogs.

Petbarn is good for range, but when it comes to prices, there isn't a single item that petbarn stocks you can't get cheaper somewhere else. Literally nothing, unless you're buying like 10+ plus of something, which most people are not
