I have been a Petstock customer since we got our two Burmese kittens. buy often is NEVER available for Click & Collect at my local store, I have no idea why and no one will tell me. So I have to either pay for delivery or order more product to qualify for free delivery. You have to check before going to the cart if it's available or not, otherwise the cart simply won't let you proceed but won't tell you why (which is super frustrating). And Shippit is so far behind the game the notifications arrive hours after the event/s took place, making it a pretty pointless part of the process.

From start to finish my Petstock online experience was great. The range of goodies for my furboy was huge. I went for delivery, after ordering my goods were picked and dispatched the same day. Tracking of my parcel was extensive and spot on right down to the friendly delivery guy. All up a great Petstock online experience. Show reply

Fantastic range of products from Petstock - I have my online orders delivered from Waurn Ponds as I can get it delivered on the day and I shop physically at Petstock Torquay the one near bunnings and their customer service and help is outstanding. Pet stock online is easy to navigate, offers a wide selection of stock and availability and provides fast delivery options! I've done multiple purchases at the last minute and it's arrived within a couple hours, right before my doggies dinner time! Show reply

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Petstock. The website clearly advertised “Free delivery on orders over $25+” and at no point during checkout was it clearly disclosed that extra shipping fees would apply. additional $7.50 for shipping. There was no obvious explanation or visible terms clarifying this. It feels misleading and deceptive.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, the experience only got worse. The support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to take responsibility or even acknowledge that the website presentation could be confusing. Instead of offering a solution or goodwill gesture, they simply brushed it off.

As a customer, transparency matters. I feel completely ripped off and very frustrated by how this was handled. I expected better from a well-known pet retailer.

I won’t be shopping here again.

One week on and I’m still waiting for my small (3 items) order to be dispatched! They might offer free shipping for orders over $25, but af this point I am wondering if it will ever be dispatched.

Placed my first online order with pet stock at the beginning of the week as pet circle had recently let me down. It seems that pet stock are just as bad, if not worse. It is now Friday and my order still hasn't been shipped. Unacceptable

Petstock Ashmore is the only pet store we visit for all our French bulldog’s needs. We get her food, nails clipped, bedding, treats, bowls you name it, this is where it’s at! There’s always great specials, quality products, instore specials and friendly staff. Bonus is the fact Petstock offers same day delivery as well? Absolute game changer!
