Our large groodle was groomed at Engadine petstock yesterday and we could not be happier. He was happy and he looks and smells amazing. We asked for a teddy bear cut and they groomed him so well. Petstock Vet Essendon used to be good but emails dated 4/4/26 and 8/4/26 have not been responded to even with an escalation to the Practice Manager. Lodged a complaint to support on the 8/4/26 and the unhelpful response dated 10/4/26 was that one email was in the junk folder and the other email (which email??) will be responded to shortly but as… Read more
at 18/4/26, no response received. Also support have closed off the case 10/4/26 without any further action. This customer service or complete lack of customer service, is not what customers should have to experience. I incorrectly stated the emails went to essendon@petstock.com.au which may have caused the issue but I hope their direct customer service with pets is not also, non existent.
Update 21/4/26 I have now verified all emails went to essendon@petstockvet.com.au which is the CORRECT email address. Now seems Petstock support 'dropped the ball' and provided miscommunication making the issues worse. Thankfully, the Practice manager (not sure if I am permitted to provide her name) has resolved everything and I will be changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars thanks to her.

without it we would go elsewhere and price match and you would loose the sale. To be honest at nearly closing time both the young man and young lady were so welcoming and helpful and I felt that with their interactions that the store would be open for at least another 3 hours, NO nearly half an hour, I also work in retails and it was so very refreshing to find someone so very helpful. Please make sure that the 2 x staff members at Jandakot store on 10/12/25 , he helped me with the products that I wanted and she was so lovingly attending to the adoption boy that was in their store. I cannot find a name on the receipt but it was at 5.35pm on 10/12/25, from the bottom of my heart thank you both so very much.
The Petstock Fitzroy store has a very good product range and store layout but more importantly in some respects is the exceptional customer service team. authentic and genuine. It doesnt matter which team member answers the phone or greets and assists in store, it is a good, consistent and uplifting experience.
They always go above and beyond to assist me or my partner regardless of it being instore or via the phone or an online order. On one occassion when the Petstock website was having technical issues which delayed my order.... they called and apologised and explained that it had caused the delivery deadline to be missed but assured me that it would be ok because Eugene had offered/decided that he could drop it off on his way home. I couldnt believe it but was very thankful as it was pooring with rain and my dog had none of his Prime100 left - a situation that our dog had called an emergency!!. But Eugene saved the day by being so genuine and caring and assuring me, that the bonus was being able to see Zeus dog who greets him with the signature move we call the full body wriggle.
One of our online orders included name tags for the dog but couldnt include the message so Eugene called and asked me what I would like engraved - after hearing that our dogs nickname is HRH Zeus and getting a good laugh... we love how every online order is now delivered with a beautiful illustration done by Eugene on it. One of these master pieces takes pride of place on our fridge.
Highly recommend them for instore visits or saving as local online store.
