Petstock Physical store

My Spike went in hairy scary and came out looking like a pup again. Groomers did a great job. He wasn’t anxious when I picked him up like he had been while at other groomers.

Our rescue dog Bella needed her nails clipped. But she is very scared and aggressive to other dogs so they cleared out the grooming area and put the dogs in a little room next door while they clipped them. expectations. Its hard as we don't know why she is like this with other dogs. We know nothing about her other than it appears her deceased owner loved her and taught her manners. The girls treated her like their own dog. You can see from her photo she is even smiling.

Went in there to prep for the arrival of Tanya (my new fighting fish). Was promptly assisted by a really helpful team member. She was knowledgeable and able to give tips and advice on all the things I was worried about as a new fish owner. She was able to make it such a fun experience! Show reply

I booked my 15 month old Labradoodle for a full groom at Craigieburn PetStock the service was outstanding the grooming team were very friendly and kind. authentic and genuine. It doesnt matter which team member answers the phone or greets and assists in store, it is a good, consistent and uplifting experience.

They always go above and beyond to assist me or my partner regardless of it being instore or via the phone or an online order. On one occassion when the Petstock website was having technical issues which delayed my order.... they called and apologised and explained that it had caused the delivery deadline to be missed but assured me that it would be ok because Eugene had offered/decided that he could drop it off on his way home. I couldnt believe it but was very thankful as it was pooring with rain and my dog had none of his Prime100 left - a situation that our dog had called an emergency!!. But Eugene saved the day by being so genuine and caring and assuring me, that the bonus was being able to see Zeus dog who greets him with the signature move we call the full body wriggle.

One of our online orders included name tags for the dog but couldnt include the message so Eugene called and asked me what I would like engraved - after hearing that our dogs nickname is HRH Zeus and getting a good laugh... we love how every online order is now delivered with a beautiful illustration done by Eugene on it. One of these master pieces takes pride of place on our fridge.

Highly recommend them for instore visits or saving as local online store.
