My Bernese mountain dog developed a limb and fearing the worst we were very quickly into CT scans and surgery on her shoulder. I have been with Petsy for about 7months, this was my first claim and it was very easy. It took about week for the claim to be resolved, however the delay was with Petsy waiting for the vet to send information. Pet insurance should be a no brainer. Even as indoor cats they manage to find quirky ways to be menaces. This one claim saved me about 6 yrs worth of the insurance.

Our little Italain Greyhound had an allergic reaction on Anzac day with 2 emergency vet visits. I submitted our claim on Monday, and it was settled and paid by Wednesday.
