told they want to reverse their offering to the same machine I had despite agreeing to their offering.

I am now at a loss of over 800 coffee capsules $$$ if I accept their offering. Whilst I am repeatedly advised that their policy states replacement of same machine or equivalent, they have ultimately lied and mislead me.

Philips kept stating and blaming the pandemic for the fact that they can’t provide me the newer model, yet I have shown and proved to them that it is available via their Amazon store via the Philips website link which links me to Amazon. They won’t budge and I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall.

I will be contacting the ACCC as this is not acceptable and a breach of contract.

Great value – The machine works well, we got ours on a good deal. Most (not all) capsules work on it which is great, Overall a good quality machine and worth the money.

Machine looks great but broke with 3 months of owning – An awesome looking machine but unfortunately after just under 3 months the loading mechanism has fail and jams preventing the pods to enter the chamber. Have been using the pods since buying the machine so know it’s not the pods. Show details

Wow. surprised by this machine! – Really satisfied with this product! Really good build quality, easy to use and clean. Cannot fault this product at all. Temperature of the coffee is great too. definitely a favourite! The coffee tastes just as good as it would in an expensive Sydney cafe, so if you ask me, this machine is basically saving me money! I haven’t had the opportunity to use too many other coffee machines, but compared to the ones I have used, this one definitely comes out on top. The fact that it makes two cups at a time and is easy to dismantle to clean, are just added bonuses!

The only fault I found with it though, was the lid for the capsule holder. It wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been and seemed a bit clunky when opening and closing it, almost as if I was going to break it. It does seem better now, but I don’t know if that’s due to the machine being used or I’m getting used to the feel of it. Also, the capsule didn’t always drop into the tray once it had been dispensed. But this wasn’t too much of an issue.

Overall, this machine gets top marks from me, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for an affordable and effective coffee machine!

This is the best machine that's affordable, sleek and compatible – I think the machine is very compact and can fit in my small kitchen without taking too much space and it is aesthetically pleasing. I LOVE that I can make two cups at once and it makes mornings so much easier that we can have our coffee together instead of making one and waiting while we made the second one (and then fighting for who gets the first cup!!)

The coffee itself is very smooth and a delight to drink. There are a huge variety of flavours and the ones I have sampled so far will all be purchased again.

Double shot coffee, my morning is complete! – This coffee machine can create a double shot coffee at the one time, which is great. I found the strength really good, and the taste nice and smooth as well. I also like the sleek design. An extra bonus is the milk frother, and the way the components lift upwards.
