Its Great – I have never tip the vacuum over. This unit is small and gets vacuumed everyday and it has good suction if it is cleaned properly after each couple of uses. Powerful Little Sucker – Dad joke right there in the title - anyway its true! This is a very compact vacuum but sucks like anything - especially when just cleaned. Thats is to say it has more suction at first and loses it a bit as it fills up. I think that is because of the bagless design. It is well made and has a decent cord length. of the entire vacuum and that improved the suction. However it often loses some suction and I have to clean it again. For some reason I have to clean it pretty much every time I use it. Since I'm just using it for ordinary domestic use, not sure why all of a sudden it needs more frequent cleaning. Anyway, I'm waiting to see if the problem continues.

I would recommend getting a vacuum cleaner with a bag (rather than bagless) because it's easier to clean the dust by just throwing out a bag rather than physically scraping it off.

Does the job, good value for money – I was looking for an alternative bagless vacuum cleaner that is not Dyson as they are overpriced I feel. The suction is good and it is easy to maneuver. The amazing thing is that it will not lose suction as it is bagless. However, it may be slightly too loud for my liking. Works great on carpet and tiles (Kitchens). Filters need frequent cleaning to maintain strong suction – The suction is good initially but the filters need to be cleaned after each use to maintain it. This is a pretty gross and time consuming task, so I can't say I'm that impressed with that aspect. The cord is very long, which is a welcome change from most vacuums. Great value for money – I got this thinking it will do until I can afford a pricer vacuum but I am amazed at how well this thing works. It is easy to move around, easy to empty and does a great job every time I use it. I have had a Dyson vac in the past and was expecting this to be much less in comparison but its not! Really Good Bagless Suction – This Vacuum has great power from the motor. The filter only needs to be cleaned once a month, vacuum canister is easy to clean also. Vacuum keeps the dust inside instead of it leaking from a bag. The body is light and durable going around corners, edges and tiles. I really am happy with this model.  Show details ·  1

surprised by the amount of dust and dirt this vacuum sucks up. The Hepa filter replacement is not in stock always so I bought 2 together in April this year from Target online and replaced the one built in after 15 months continuous use.

This vacuum is now good as new and still sucks up everything in its way!

Perfect. Great suction – Love, Love, Love this vacuum. Never loses suction (other than when its full, or filters need cleaning). Quite easy to clean filters. Basic wash, i usually wash every 2/3 vacuums to keep it in great condition. Light weight, easy to maneuver, not to loud either. Have both carpet and floor boards. Fairly average area sizes. does a great job every time. I can the amount of dust it's removed after each vacuum. Very impressive.

I always use the tile setup (the brush pressed down). It works well on my tiled area and even better on the carpet. This requires a bit more effort to move the head around but it removes all the hair off the carpet. I have a think woolen carpet so it ends up looking very fresh after each vacuum!

Great little cleaner! – This vac is really good value for money. Its compact, easy to use and gives good suction. Its filters are easy to wash out, and the bagless system is super easy to empty. I find it easy to do my 4 bedroom house as its light weight and holds a good amount of dust. I'm sure there are better vacs out there, but they would cost a few hundred more. Gets the job done...slowly – For the price it is acceptable, does get the job done and is easy to use/clean. After a few months losing suction power due to air gaps around each connection part (anywhere that can be detached). Ok for small areas. Needs constant maintenance and cleaning to function normally. A little disappointed – I thought when I bought this vac that it would have variable speed and a small brush attachment like my old one. Now cannot vacuum most of the house as the vinyl gets pulled up because it is so powerful. It is a good vacuum cleaner for the carpeted areas.  Show details ·  1

The best suction and not bulky – It is easy to manoeuvre. The head of the vacuum is not bulky. Actually makes it easier to have to vacuum. We have tiles and you can also use the brush function. complaint to Philips direct. Holy Moly , turned on the vac and guess what ? The suction returned . Not a good endorsement, but for now, it works ..... lol. Will keep you posted if the problem reoccurs. Philips Customer Service please note and look forward to an email reply .

Please don't buy a Philips Vac – Terrible. When you first but it great! So I get the good reviews in the first two months then it breaks. I took it back to target got a new one and it doesn't work. Got a third one and I just threw it in bin. Going to go buy another. Once the filter gets dirty it never works. You can scrub it over and over but mine cuts out and doesn't suck. Brilliant and powerful. But – Great little machine. Powerful suction and way better then any expensive vacuum we've ever owned. But... Great vacuum, but stock up on filters. Philips should hang their heads in shame for selling a product that requires a crucial part to make it perform, and not having these readily available.

service centre to get the filter, it costs me 3 times more then what I used to pay for the bags. Really regret hearing the salesman that no maintenance needed for a bagless vacuum. Never want to get a bagless vacuum anymore. :(

I am now in the market to buy a new vacuum cleaner, want to give it a last chance waiting for the filter to arrive...

Need replacement filters – Have had vac for 22 months. Initially good suction but now I'm need to wash filter and sponge nearly every other time I vacuum or significant loss of suction occurs. I vac nearly twice everyday due to dog and kid. Where can I get replacement parts? I'm in rural NSW and target country doesn't stock parts.

Most atrocious vacuum ever! – Have owned this 2 months now. Have to clean filter every 2 rooms due to lack of suction. To do this you have to disconnect hose then slide out the dust chamber and then remove filter. had a Dyson previously & only had to clean filter 6mthly. Difficult to change feet on this vacuum also.
