How long should I charge the shaver the first time I purchased it, ie, before I use it. Do I need to charge up to 20 hours first?
Hi, my first time,I just left it on overnight, it cancells charging once full. The best advice I can give is run yr shaver flat, ie use until red low level band appears, and just let it run until it dies.
. adopting this procedure will definitely extend the battery life ( my shaver is nearly 3 years old, still going strong)

Yes, I did the same with my former old model Philips shaver too, and the battery was long lasting
