I paid for the last stage of phone repair on 5th November and still haven’t had any update that it is repaired and it is mid January. They do not refurbish. They wipe the screen if you're lucky. Had a watch with a boot loader error that would have been picked up at factory reset if they did one. Then they try and charge you for the damage when you signed for and received the item 1 minute before you contact them. Not too mention postage time from purchase to actually sending. Show details

Management has repeatedly provided an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) that my bank, Emirates NBD, has confirmed is invalid/unsettled. On Jan 24, 2026, the company publicly promised a resolution within 24 hours on social media—this was yet another promise that was not kept.
I have been forced to escalate this to the ACCC (Australia) and the Dubai DET. A company should not be withholding customer funds for two months after a merchant-side cancellation

I advised them and they said send it back, they received the phone, didn't test it, didn't contact me and sent it back to me. worse, with a completely failed battery that rapidly degraded to the point where it had to be kept on charge constantly. This is nowhere near “Like New”—it’s not even acceptable as a basic working device.
Since then, I’ve spent MONTHS trying to get a refund and have been completely ignored. Phone calls go nowhere, emails are ignored, and there is zero accountability.
I’ve now returned the phone to them after leaving Australia, and—unsurprisingly—still no response.
This company is either grossly incompetent or deliberately misleading customers. Either way, you’re taking a serious risk buying from them.
Do yourself a favour and stay far away. Spend your money somewhere reputable instead.
