I regularly order online and this was my most disappointing order to date. I received little communication about my order, it took a week to arrive and it was left out in the weather. I am on acreage and have a front deck that is 100m2 same size as some houses theses days. I was actually home at the time of delivery too. My most disappointing delivery, previously it has been fantastic and usually delivered within days.
Arrived quickly and delivery was good. Item has a removable cover which is great. Soft comfortable material. My only issue is that the foam is too soft to be used as a knee pillow. I’ve previously purchased one with firmer and better quality foam elsewhere. Good price and might use it for something else.
I purchased the Santana coverlet set in the gorgeous mint green. The coverlet is soft, stylish and a great buy at $39.95 on sale down from $269.00. Only negative - no delivery updates at all. After 4 working days, I attempted to email their customer service and received no reply so I used their live chat to talk to a person and they were very quick and helpful with a tracking number, date of dispatch and company.
It arrived the next day very well packaged.
Placed an order for a table lamp which took several days to process the order, dispatch & arrive. Upon taking delivery & opening the package, found the lamp broken. Customer service this is not - the person you speak to should be able to deal with it there & then - not just advice to send through an email to a generic address. Disappointed is an understatement from a very regular customer.

Quality is not what it used to be. Ordered quite a few things online during their sale. Returned most of it. Cushion cover was damaged, and the quality was nowhere near what it was previously. Especially for the price point.
Ordered deep king sized sheet set and paid for delivery as I'm unable to drive at the moment. Customer support told me they would resend it immediately, but nothing happened until I followed up again several days later. actually moved. They told me on Friday that it had been resent, but by Tuesday evening the tracking still showed only “Label created by sender”.
Customer support did not handle the situation properly and their responses felt careless. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received the product.
