Only negative - no delivery updates at all. After 4 working days, I attempted to email their customer service and received no reply so I used their live chat to talk to a person and they were very quick and helpful with a tracking number, date of dispatch and company.
It arrived the next day very well packaged.
Placed an order for a table lamp which took several days to process the order, dispatch & arrive. Upon taking delivery & opening the package, found the lamp broken. it will now be several days again & then I will have to wait even more days to hopefully get a replacement. Customer service this is not - the person you speak to should be able to deal with it there & then - not just advice to send through an email to a generic address. Disappointed is an understatement from a very regular customer.

Second time purchase for the ice cold pillow protectors. We live in FNQ therefore my husband gets a sweaty head and it relieves some of the moisture that seems to happen when he sleeps. Only criticism is that over time the protector yellows.
Follow-up · We wash the protectors in cold water and dry inside as specified but yellowing still occurs for my husbands pillow. My protector is still ok. I believe it’s the humidity we experience in Summer. These protectors are better than the normal for coolness.
I'm really disappointed with Muse Luxe 520gsm Microfibre Blanket. It sheds lint everywhere — all over my couch. even after washing it multiple times it still leaves fluff. Looks nice but not practical at all. I should have just purchased Aldi blanket at half price instead. Bad choice. Show 2 replies

track down the other courier myself (the first courier wouldn't) only to find that they had the item (and had had it for some time) but had not contacted me. I ended up having to travel 70kms return to go and pick it up as their only other option was to leave it in a public, unsecured location.. All up the process took 6 weeks. I've never had this problem with Pillow Talk before, items were always promptly delivered so I don't know what's changed. say it is clearly stated in T&C's but when rushing an emergency buy for someone in need, to be shipped interstate after an injury (a mattress topper) , it blind-sided me and I didn't realise it until transaction was completed.

involved getting a courier to pick up from an interstate store and deliver it to me in WA. I was able to pay for the delivery over the phone and the item was shipped that Wednesday then delivered the Saturday morning. Amazing customer service and I really regret not finding them sooner (I bought a couple of items from a rival retailer at the end of August, the shipping price was ridiculous and I am still waiting for that order)
