It's unfortunate that in this day and age a large company will treat you as a lower class citizen if you don't spend enough money with them.

Very happy with product and customer service – We bought two set of bedroom furniture from Cockburn store. Rosie was very helpful and friendly. She had explained to us that assembling the furniture and also helped us with the replacing the tallboy. The process and delivery was very quick. . Poor quality on everything – September 2015 I ordered a dinning table and chairs for Christmas. I was told November delivery, which was perfect for me. Come November, I called them I was told early December. That was OK, come middle December and not anything I am told January 2016. No use, I had family coming. So i chose another table and chairs and also ordered a bedroom suite that was in stock. Items were delivered, the week before Christmas. The table had scratches on top and tho was done during delivery because the box had a rip on that exact area ( I still have the box). The chairs had to have holes made to actually fit the pads. The bedroom suite came too, the bed has been a nightmare, not sure if the manufacturer has stapled the slat the wrong way, because the holes will not match up. Followed the instructions but the legs collapsing in the middle. I will never buy from here again. Very poor quality goods and not cheap either.

Go to Pine discount first!! – We had been to several furniture stores to buy a bedroom package with no luck....until we went to pine discount! They had a much better range and very reasonable prices!
