Disgusting Customer Service - spend your money elsewhere – We recently purchased some furniture from the Kenwick store and paid the full amount so we could take it home that day. we looked at the receipt of purchase we noticed they had put our receipt as a deposit despite it being paid in full. In their T&C's it states that if you fail to pick up the item you forfeit the deposit and the item and as i learnt later they've done this a few times to customers to delay them from picking up items. I spoke to customer service and it was just a waste of time, we have never been spoken to like that. If you wish to get verbally abused for no reason, call their customer service. It was finally our complaint to Consumer Affairs that helped us get our furniture. Honestly your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

but also a king size mattress! They delivered all items within days plus collected our old lounge. The whole process was smooth and easy. Also props to Carla from the Kenwick Store! She really knows her products and happily explained the differences in mattresses to find the correct one for my back and had great advice on how to keep our new lounges clean and tidy. I’ll be needing some more household items in the near future and I know where I’ll be going for great service!

dealing with very offish people I was denied any warranty, my family & i are now left without a couch as it's unusable & we cannot afford to buy a new one.

Pine discount had now lost me as a customer & I will never be buying from the company again after the rudeness of customer service & the suppliers!

Not happy at all! – My purchase of a dining set of 8 chairs and table just 15 months ago has been extremely disappointing. and the foam flattened after very little time,so the feeling was of sitting on a wood frame,and sinking in the middle. Two of the chairs also had loose front legs,and one of those has a crack in it,rendering it pretty useless.The second lot were no better,and a year on,although we are an older couple,living alone,and I change the chairs around so the wear is uniform,the problem is still there. An appeal to the head office was useless as "it's out of warranty",but if furniture of this type has to be replaced within 18 months,then something is wrong.Surely dining chairs should last a bit longer than this,even if not particularly expensive.

Wrong information – We went into kelmscott pine warehouse friday 19 may a friendly staff member must have had to meet her weekly budget because we bought a 3x2 and 1x2 lounge.We specially asked if it needed to be put together oh no she said just the legs Wrong! inside was very well set out & easy to get around. The staff member we talked to was extremely helpful & arranged delivery for us for a reasonable price. We had it delivered by the end of the same week we bought it, the delivery men put the 2 pieces in the room we wanted it without issue & it took much more time to get the lounge out of the packaging than to connect. The lounge also has a 5yr Warranty for that added piece of mind. Thankyou very much , very happy with our purchase.

Bavello Lounge Suite 2x 3 Seaters – I’ve shopped at this place quite a few times over the years and went back last week to buy a new lounge suite. Got exactly what I wanted and color. The service and information you get from all staff is professional and with no hassle. Which I like. lounge was exactly what I wanted for our newly renovated home. Did get a bit stressed because we had a tight deadline for needing the couch delivered but turned out we were very lucky and new stock arrived just in time.

Went in store on three occasions and was happy with the service provided. Even the delivery guys were particular about how they brought it in to the house, being careful not to damage anything. Very happy with our new lounge. Thank-you Pine Discount Furniture. I will definitely be back... although hopefully not til 2025!
