Bought lots! – We purchased 2 bedroom suites, a sofa, a sofa bed and love seats over the last month or two. All items were delivered when promised and we are more than happy with the service provided by a couple of different employees at the store and also one order over the phone. Lovely bed – Our daughter's bed is perfect; she loves it. Was the nicest and cheapest single bed we found. The mattress is also great quality for the price. The sales lady was excellent and not pushy at all. Delivery reasonably priced and came when they said.  Show details ·  1

Great Furniture with quality staff – I recently purchased the Levi queen bed for my son. We wanted something that was modern but sturdy for a good price and this bed ticked all the boxes. The customer service was outstanding from the floor staff to the delivery people. Also liked how I was contacted after deliver to make sure we were happy with our product. Pine Discount Newcastle bedroom suite – The Newcastle bedroom suite we purchased for our son is just brilliant. It is made from solid wood and arrived mostly already assembled (we only had to attach the bed to the headboard) and purchasing it as a package saved us money too. removed a much larger sofa through the same doorway. When they used the side entrance they stomped on my herbs and ruined them, and instead of going back out the side entrance they walked through the house with wet shoes and ruined my clean floors. They also just dumped the chairs in the room and made it impossible to manoeuvre around the room, Being 6 months pregnant I had to wait for my husband to get home before I could sit on it!

Very friendly and accommodating sales lady. We had no problems with our purchase of a leather sofa – White Leather sofa - real leather. Neatly made and stitched. Very happy with the style and even though at first I was dubious about the colour, I am very happy with my choice.  Show details ·  1

love my bed – I attempted to order by phone as I am a FIFO worker and live in a rural area. Very Happy – I am very happy with the furniture I purchased from Pine Discount Furniture. very helpful at all and seemed like they really couldn't be bothered at all, when it was only two small couches, a bed and a chest of draws that they were delivering.

but apart from that, i couldn't fault Pine Discount themselves, i thought they had great customer service :)
