Worst company ever. After 2 YEARS of email after email , and phone call after phone calls. We engaged VCAT. On the day of arbitration they gave us a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Purchase at you own risk. I can't express how bad this company is to deal with.

Despite this, the matter has now been ongoing for almost three months with repeated delays, poor communication, and promised callbacks that never occurred. We were advised that… Read more

replacement parts would not even arrive until the end of May, yet no meaningful resolution has been provided. My parents purchased the sofas as a matching set, however we have been pushed towards repair instead of being offered an appropriate resolution despite the lengthy delays and inconvenience caused.

For a large and reputable company, we expected much better customer service and after-sales support, especially considering my parents are elderly and the sofas are unsuitable for their needs.

We are extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

Great Customer experience and attention to detail – I gad to reorganise this lounge as I had originally intended to buy with my elderly dad. It wasn't to be as dad had a fall and is in hospital. I then had a credit for my next purchase. Plans in place. Decision time?? I had to decide on the Carlton which is tried and tested or a different purchase. In the end went with another Carlton. from service to advise warranty was declined as we had not looked after it properly. I asked how , what had we done wrong the lady just said no warranty as we had failed to look after it.i have very short hair (no 1 comb) and do not use product on my hair.

We bought a sofa from the Warrawong team in June 2024 only after checking with them that we should definitely be able to get the warehouse to hold the sofa for a couple weeks once it arrived in country (we were finishing up a house build). manager completely refused to live up to this promise when they called re delivery (Plush is now owned by Nick Scali and the warehousing is common). He was extremely rude and abruptly said they had no space and he didn't care what the store staff had promised.

We ended up having to get it delivered to the garage of our under construction home. I then spent quite a lot of money and A LOT of effort wrapping the sofas in building plastic to protect them. Fortunately none were damaged in the 3-4 weeks from delivery to us moving in.

The sofas is fine, nothing special. The service overall very disappointing. We bought lots of furniture from James Lane in contrast and they were infinitely more flexible and friendly (held stock for several weeks as long as we paid for it).

I will NEVER purchase from either Nick Scali or Plush again (we had purchased twice before from Plush with no issues whatsoever back when it was owned by the Fanatastic Furniture Group).

DO NOT believe what store staff say as they will be overriden by the warehousing function.

I was not convinced after looking at so many lounges in so many shops , i was totally confused I had been all over Sydney , Khal simply said to me take your time you have to be sure . So reassuring. So I did go off to look else where again coming back to his store 4 times , another gentleman was also extremely helpful in Khal’s absence which I’m most grateful .

No other shop or team members compare with Plush at Caringbah & no other lounges compare with plush products . Their A1 . The service I received was exceptional they went above & beyond helping me find the perfect lounge for my challenging needs , Trust me when I say I was a challenging customer.

After two years of use, we encountered an issue with one of the electrically controlled headrests, which stopped working. However, we were impressed with how the company handled the situation. Customer care responded quickly to our inquiry and, after troubleshooting the issue over the phone, arranged for a technician to visit. The technician, Frank, was prompt, communicated his arrival time clearly, and was both friendly and professional. His expertise was evident as he quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it in no time. While the issue with the headrest turned out to be a disconnected broken electrical coupling, the customer service prompt response, clear communication, and efficient resolution experience exceeded expectations.

Terrible customer service which seem very difficult to get a hold of. Very poor quality in furniture, don’t waste your money. The mechanism on our recliner went within the 1st year with barely being used. Then the technician said it was too hard to install so installed it backwards! Fast forward 1 year and the mechanism has gone again! Not covered under warranty apparently. Absolute garbage. Shop elsewhere

Within two years of purchasing our leather lounge it started to lose its colour in a couple of spots When we tried to get the lounge chair repaired, the gentleman paid by plush to assess the chair said it wouldn't be covered. (Not a surprise) The actual three seater lounge purchased with it was still like new. Obviously there was a problem with the chair.

very quickly. Depth is too shallow for both chaise and sofa seats. I can't believe how quick it has loss its shape. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it, I can't afford another one. I doubt anyone would want to buy it being so uncomfortable. Be careful before giving Plush your hard earn money, make sure you do your due diligence, it's hard to get good quality nowadays.

I dealt with four different staff members at this store. What stood out was that they really did want to find the product that best suited my needs, not just sell me something. members were personable, and actually liked and took pride in working for a family company (Nick Scali). They have a large range, at prices which reflect the quality and finish of the furniture. We have a Nick Scali lounge that is 15 years old and still attracts positive comments. The current one the same.

Our purchase from Plush Albury of a recliner couch and a matching standard armchair just over 2 years ago has proved to be one of the worst buys of our lives. parent company) sent out a contractor to assess our claim for unreasonable wear and tear only to be told it was within reason. I would hate to see what these pieces are going to look like in another year or so. We never recommend either Plush or Nick Scali as a product and we hope this review saves others from a similar fate
