store to attempt to make payment, I mentioned the text and was advised that was because the item was on the dock and delivery could not occur without payment but was advised that couldn't be done by them over the phone so I did it online. Next moment I get a text advising delivery would be delayed until July 16th. I contacted the Customer Service Team to find out why the delay and was advised the order was "still on the water". Approaching the week of the 16th I get yet another text advising delivery would not occur until the 23rd July. I rang the store where I purchased it and advised I would be on holiday at that time and how upset I was with the whole experience. I had waited 4 months for delivery only to be mucked about yet again. I received no support no help and no understanding from customer service and if wasn't for the sales staff and the delivery guys I would be giving only a 1 star rating. Whilst the product is fine the service and aggressive texts really need attention. As others have said, once they have your money they forget all about you.

All the negative reviews are from a year or so after people have the product. plush dont advertise like truspilot and scamwatch, is sometimes not even the same grade leather they tell you it is.
They told me recently that I should put a towel on my lounge when I sit on it, because I complained about the leather wearing. LOL. Imagine asking your guests to sit on a towel whenever they used your $4000+ couch.
Company is a glorified dropshipping business these days - great customer service and prompting people to do a review quickly, so they do it before you let them down, is horrific business practices.
Oh, also, the mob they use to come out an 'inspect' your product will always say that its users issue - i mean, they pay them. Hey Plush, next time you send out a dodgy inspector, make sure they dont give us two different names, one on arrival and one on leaving. Further investigation found out that you outsource to one business, who then outsources to another business, to make it harder to track them down. Three layers of security for your dodgy practices, but it wasnt too hard to figure out with a good facebook search, and now that I have the full names and ABNs of the provider you pay, and the provider he outsources to, well proceedings can start there, too. Lady on the phone at the ACCC was quite interested in the two different names given by the same man - as both names own two different leather cleaning businesses from Sydney - wow!
Dodgy, dodgy company ladies and gents. They will ask you to review their customer service right after purchase. This is a tactic so that they can have nice, happy reviews first and foremost on their page.
If you work for plush, or if you are a director and you don't know this is happening beneath you, you need to have a good hard think about the business you represent.

Don't buy from plush. Their after sale service is terrible – The first time the recliner on our lounge was sat on it broke. It is now stuck fully reclined for 5 weeks. We have rung and rung and rung, told a tecnician will be in touch but doesnt. We were told the technician has ordered the part needed and also told the part has arrived but still havent heard a thing from the technician. Everyone we speak to tells us they will chase it up and get back to us but they dont. We are so disappointed

nothing. The customer care can't even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. I am just so disappointed. It is meant to be a good quality $5000 lounge and they can't even replace the faulty mattress that Plush acknowledged was faulty. Be very careful before you buy a Sofa Bed from Plush.

to add to the standard sizes already coming with the sofa and of course a must plush shield and delivery. I needed time to think about my colour choice and Shay called me a week later where I locked in my quote and paid my deposit. The 50% off sale was an added bonus.
